Certain individuals/agencies/portals are misleading job applicants by claiming themselves to be our employees or duly authorized representatives of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. or other Yamaha group companies* & are requesting to deposit "refundable" money on the pretext of attending interviews and receiving job offers, appointment letters, travel tickets, etc.

Please beware of such misleading communication and do not pay any amount to anyone on the pretext of attending interview or getting a job with us.

Please be noted that we never require any money deposits for any employment process. If you encounter any such request, this is clearly a fraud.

We do not authorize any third party to conduct interviews or issue job offers, appointment letters, travel tickets, receive money or initiate any other process for employment whatsoever in nature. Anyone dealing with such individual / agency / employment portal will be doing so at his/her own risk and the company will not be held responsible for such loss or damage suffered directly or indirectly. Such kind of fake job offers, appointment letters shall not be treated as any kind of offer or representation by us.

Some common attributes of these fake job offer emails are as follows:

1. They come from public email ids like yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc
2. They claim to come from 'Yamaha Motors Pvt. Ltd' or some such non-existent organization but claim to carry the name of 'Yamaha'
3. They call for cash deposit into a designated bank account.
4. To make the offer seem authentic, the email will call for submission of 'qualification documents', 'experience certificate', photographs, etc.
5. The emails will contain numerous apparent grammar and spelling errors.

Please note that we never make any job offer without conducting face-to-face interview at our office premises. If you apprehend that the proposal / job offer you receive is fake or the payment has already been made by you or asked from you in response to any fake job offer with us, please inform the nearest police station for necessary action.
