Anudeep Bhatia is the CEO and co-founder of Nsight, Inc. He brings over 18 years of business, IT and comprehensive leadership experience from Conceptualization to Implementation and Managed Implementation Teams of medium to large sizes. Under Anudeep’s leadership, Nsight transformed from an IT consulting organization to a global System Integrator venturing into untapped geographies, next generation technologies, innovation, and new verticals. Prior to Nsight, Anudeep managed consulting teams at other technology service providers including BearingPoint, KPMG LLP, and Siemens. Anudeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Delhi, India and Honors in Systems Management from National Institute of Information and Technology.

In his tenure with Nsight as Chief Operating Officer, Kul has driven a strong track record of results, execution excellence and improved efficiency while also driving customer satisfaction scores to their highest in Nsight’s history. Kul is very experienced in System Integration Services and Business Operation Management including Human Resources, Offshore Delivery, Managed Services, and Customer Management. Before founding Nsight, Kul spent nearly 30 years at Union Carbide Corporation (now Dow Chemical Company) , where he rose through the ranks and held various leadership positions. Kul holds a Masters Degree from Indore University (India).

Asheesh Surumpalli is the Senior Director for Operations and Service at Nsight Inc. with over 12 years of experience in Business Development, Service Delivery Management, and Business Management working in Fortune 500 companies. An expert in setting up businesses and growing business operations, Asheesh has experience in varied business domains like IT Businesses, IT Enabled Services, Finance & Accounts, Human Resources & Recruitment, Supply Chain Management, and Business Process Outsourcing. His passion coupled with expertise in Client Management, Program Management, Business Process Transformation & Improvement, and Standardization & Stabilization of Business Operations are his mantra for success. Asheesh holds a degree in Commerce and Management and is a certified Six Sigma/Lean Sigma Professional.

Pavan Sharma is the Senior Director of Operations and Offshore Delivery at Nsight, Inc. He brings over 18 years of business, ITES and Strategic leadership experience of Implementation, and managing global projects teams of medium to large sizes. Under Pavan’s leadership, Nsight will get transformed from an IT on-site consulting organization to a global “Best in class off-shore support” with talented pool of resources to take initiatives with Clients as a strategic partner to deliver business solutions and explore options for new verticals. Prior to Nsight, Pavan managed Global Operations & Service delivery teams at global shared service centers of GE Capital, HSBC, GE Money Bank, Deutsche Bank, and Amazon.com. Pavan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Osmania University Hyderabad and PG in Planning & Project Management from Hyderabad Central University.

Senior Director of Operations and Offshore Delivery

Todd Dhillon is the Senior Resource Manager/Recruiter at Nsight, Inc. He brings over 10 years of recruiting and resource management experience in the IT industry specializing in SAP, Oracle, Mobility and cloud computing technologies. Todd has recruited and staffed large Silicon Valley organizations like Sharp Electronic, ESS Technology, Cisco, Google, and Direct TV. He has also staffed consulting companies such as Spherion, as well as start-ups. Todd’s strength is in full life-cycle recruiting using traditional and non-traditional sourcing tools and methods such as internet resources, niche talent sites, social media sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), database searches, cold calling, proprietary targeted search, job boards, networking, competitors, and referrals. Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree in social science from University of Manchester, UK.
