ABIL Group founded by Mr. Avinash Nivrutti Bhosale in 1979, has gradually shaped the direction of the construction industry.

Over the past years, ABIL Group has developed some of Pune’s landmark residential and commercial properties. We have executed numerous turnkey housing projects delivering unparalleled value and customer satisfaction. During this period, we were also involved in the construction of several mainframe infrastructure projects for the state of Maharashtra and pan-India that included highways, bridges, tunnels, canals and dams. With dynamic leadership and a focused vision of Mr. Avinash Bhosale and Mr. Amit Bhosale, today, ABIL Group has transformed into a real estate, hospitality & infrastructure development powerhouse.

As the construction business flourished, we leveraged our management expertise and began to look at new strategic business opportunities. In 2001, we embarked on the hospitality sector through a joint venture with Mumbai’s Sun-n-Sand chain of hotels and acquired the erstwhile Holiday Inn, Pune. This helped us gain a foothold in the hospitality industry which has grown multi-fold in pace with India’s booming economy.
