Raj B. Vattikuti, Founder of Altimetrik, is a philanthropist and serial entrepreneur who has seeded a string of successful enterprises, including Altimetrik, Covansys, Synova, Vattikuti Ventures, Vattikuti Technologies, and Davinta Technologies.

Headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, USA, Altimetrik, his present venture, is a rapidly growing technology enterprise with more than 2,500 associates across development centers in San Francisco and New York City (USA), Bangalore and Chennai (India) and Montevideo (Uruguay). Raj is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, India. He is a post-graduate in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Wayne State University, USA. Furthermore, Raj was conferred an honorary doctorate for Business Administration [SS1] by Bryant University, [SS2] USA. He was also conferred with the Lifetime Achievement Award for contributions to the IT industry by Dykema Gossett [SS3] at the third annual Michigan IT Summit in 2001.

Ravi Palaniappan is the President of Altimetrik’s India operations and is responsible for providing strategic leadership across delivery management, process innovation, talent acquisition and resource management. Since joining Altimetrik in 2012, Ravi has played a critical role in providing delivery excellence and establishing a close relationship with customers, especially in high-growth business units.

Ravi is an IT industry veteran with more than two decades of experience. Prior to this, Ravi led key transformational initiatives as well as the banking and financial services delivery unit at CSC. He also served as Head of the India Development Center at Oracle for one of their product lines, managing over 500 engineers. Among other things, he is credited with structuring and delivering a highly successful build-operate-transfer operations in the global outsourcing industry for Covansys and Oracle.

Ravi is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, India and a post graduate in Management from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Tiruchirappalli, India.
