Raj B. Vattikuti, Founder of Altimetrik, is a philanthropist and serial entrepreneur who has seeded a string of successful enterprises, including Altimetrik, Covansys, Synova, Vattikuti Ventures, Vattikuti Technologies, and Davinta Technologies.

Headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, USA, Altimetrik, his present venture, is a rapidly growing technology enterprise with more than 2,500 associates across development centers in San Francisco and New York City (USA), Bangalore and Chennai (India) and Montevideo (Uruguay). Altimetrik is committed to driving noticeable change to client businesses, leveraging a world-class workforce.

Raj is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, India. He is a post-graduate in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Wayne State University, USA. Furthermore, Raj was conferred an honorary doctorate for Business Administration [SS1] by Bryant University, [SS2] USA. He was also conferred with the Lifetime Achievement Award for contributions to the IT industry by Dykema Gossett [SS3] at the third annual Michigan IT Summit in 2001.

Raj B. Vattikuti

Ravi Palaniappan is the President of Altimetrik’s India operations and is responsible for providing strategic leadership across delivery management, process innovation, talent acquisition and resource management. Since joining Altimetrik in 2012, Ravi has played a critical role in providing delivery excellence and establishing a close relationship with customers, especially in high-growth business units.

Ravi is an IT industry veteran with more than two decades of experience. Prior to this, Ravi led key transformational initiatives as well as the banking and financial services delivery unit at CSC. He also served as Head of the India Development Center at Oracle for one of their product lines, managing over 500 engineers. Among other things, he is credited with structuring and delivering a highly successful build-operate-transfer operations in the global outsourcing industry for Covansys and Oracle.

Ravi is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, India and a post graduate in Management from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Tiruchirappalli, India.

Ravi Palaniappan

Tim is the global Chief Financial Officer of Altimetrik. Previously, he has been the President of Synova, Inc., a privately held international IT services company, leading it on a growth mode from a start-up operation to over $100 million in annual revenues.

Prior to Synova, Tim was the Executive Vice President of Finance for Covansys. During his time at Covansys the company grew in annual revenues from $12 million to over $500 million. Tim was responsible for finance and operational matters of the company. He also led the company’s IPO, follow-on offerings, mergers & acquisitions and served on the Board of Directors.

Tim started his career at Arthur Andersen after graduating from the University of Michigan in 1980. He recently served on the Board of Directors of Caraco Corp. a generic drug manufacturer where he was the Chair of the Audit Committee. Recently, he was also the Board Chair for Cass Community Social Services.

Tim Manney

Madhavan Satagopan is the Chief Technology Officer at Altimetrik. He specializes in business transformation and advisory for customers, leveraging the latest advances in technology and innovation. He joined Altimetrik in 2013.

Madhavan brings more than 20 years of experience in advisory, consulting, architecture and innovation in global enterprises. His previous roles have included Chief Technology Officer and Head of Value Realization of one of Wipro’s leading service lines and Technology Director at Covansys (CSC), AVP / Head of Information & Middleware Solutions for FIT at Lehman Brothers.

Madhavan has been part of several consulting engagements in the US and Europe with Fortune 100 enterprises. He has played a key role in setting up specialist groups comprising, architects, solution incubators, and advisors. Furthermore, he has served as a trusted advisor to CXOs of global companies.

He is a prolific speaker at leading conferences and summits and has authored articles in InformationWeek and TechWeb. He has also been elected to the NASSCOM Engineering R&D Council as a strategic advisor on various Government of India aligned technology initiatives.

Madhavan earned his graduate and post graduate degrees from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani.

Madhavan Satagopan

Vamsi Krishna Vinjamuri is the Chief Marketing Officer at Altimetrik. With over 15 years’ experience in core marketing, Vamsi has served diverse industries, including IT, insurance, media and advertising. Over this time, he has developed a deep understanding of business planning and strategy, rural marketing, advertising, as well as online branding. He has also played a key role in framing business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) approaches, tracing key business trends and supporting market expansions.

Vinjamuri joined Altimetrik from Wipro Technologies, where his responsibilities included tapping new markets for banking and financial services.

Vamsi holds a degree in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Maharashtra, India. He graduated in Economics and Political Science from Nizam College, Hyderabad, India.

Vamsi Krishna Vinjamuri

Ravi Ravichandran is Vice President at Altimetrik, responsible for management of the entire VISA process and has set up a 260 seat delivery center in Chennai for Checkout and Playspan requirements.

With over 30 years of experience, Ravi has been in senior Business and Technology roles across multiple domains and industries, while steering a focus in Financial Services. Prior to joining Altimetrik, he has been in leadership roles in organizations such as, Covansys, Fujitsu and TCS. He started off his career in the BARC ZAC project at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Bombay, India.

Ravi is an Engineering graduate from University of Madras and a postgraduate in Computer Science from University of Technology, Sydney. He has also been a Research Associate at the University of Maryland College Park.

Ravi Ravichandran

Bob, Vice President – Altimetrik, is one of the key founding members, responsible for establishing the brand, client relationships, revenue and growth.

Bob comes with strong business management, operations and sales management skills acquired over 30 years across several regions (US, Canada, Asia Pacific, and India). He has mentored several sales and support teams and successfully handled geographies generating more than $40M in revenue with global team size of 500+ people.

His experience spans across Applications, Infrastructure and Engineering Services. Extensive Global Manufacturing & Automotive industry experience gained in USA, Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific Countries, having successfully built and managed long term relationships at the CxO level, handling large volume, high profile, referable accounts with potential for year over year

Prior to Altimetrik, Bob has held several leadership roles in CSC, Covansys, ComputerVision, HCL, Wipro and holds a postgraduate degree in Engineering.

Bob Sundar

Atul Kumar is the Vice President, Client Solutions & Business Development responsible for new business and related services in the East Coast region.

With over 17 years of diverse IT industry experience ranging from IT Consulting, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices, Atul has served in several global companies including Tata Steel, Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi Pharmaceuticals & Syntel US.

Prior to joining Altimetrik, Atul was leading Syntel’s Life Sciences and Medical Devices Business unit, being responsible for strategy, account & capabilities growth in US & Europe and driving customer satisfaction. Atul’s recent focus has been on Clinical & Commercial Digital innovation including Sales Force effectiveness, Multi-Channel Closed Loop Marketing, Digital Marketing and physician and patient engagement models.

Atul has deep Life Sciences and Technology experience serving as IS Business Partner in Sanofi Pharmaceuticals. He lead several cross functional global programs including cold chain hand sampling, Transparency Sunshine & Field Automation rollout for Sanofi’s global sales force.

Atul is a B.Tech, Chemical Engineering from IIT, BHU, India and MBA in Management of Technology from NJIT. Atul also had the distinguished pleasure of serving Sanofi’s Toastmaster’s club in the role of President and has been awarded the Toastmasters Competent Speaker certificate.

Atul Kumar

Srikant Subramanian is the Head – Enterprise Business, responsible for the International Business Unit. Additionally, he heads the SAP Capability Centre within Altimetrik. He is responsible for the growth and development of the International BU by offering Altimetrik’s business transformation capabilities to its customers. Srikant also provides the required thought leadership to drive the growth and capability of the SAP practice, including support for new business and the oversight needed for execution of major engagements.

Srikant has over 25 years of experience in Audit, Consulting, Systems Audit and Enterprise Application Consulting with leading management and consulting firms including one from the big four Consulting firms.

With in depth understanding of business processes, Srikant has played multiple roles as project/program manager/director for several engagements across implementations, roll-outs, upgrades, and enhancements at various clients in US, Europe, Middle East, India and Asia Pacific. Prior to Altimetrik, Srikant was Associate Director – Application Delivery and headed the Global Delivery Network – SAP Offering as part of the Applications organisation at CSC.

Srikant is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, USA.

Arvind Ramachandra is the Chief Architect of Altimetrik driving critical partnerships & innovation initiatives. He holds a practitioner’s view for the Internet of Things.

With over 19 years as an accomplished Enterprise Architect, Arvind has a proven record of leading strategic transformation and innovation initiatives for multiple businesses. He has a unique combination of strategic technology vision, business understanding and tactical leadership to consistently exceed expectations and bring value to the organization.

Arvind has been leading the technical transformation across companies such as Wipro and OCWEN financial services prior to joining Altimetrik. He has also been an entrepreneur and a profound speaker on issues like strategic innovation, business transformation, innovation and Industry thought leadership.
