Nupur has ten years of sales and marketing experience in Retail (BPCL) and IT consulting (Wipro, Accenture) domains. She did her MBA from IIT Roorkee in 2001. She also managed recruitment for Wipro EAS for North America in 2007.

She started the Hiring Tool - a pioneering business model acting as a platform between numerous recruitment partners / agencies and corporate in India. It was a pioneering model which reduced the cumbersome task of corporate in terms of connecting to multiple partners at the same time increased the choice of candidates through the hiring tool.

Manisha Mishra
Director – Operations

Manisha has six years of work experience across various functions like Operations, Marketing, Content Development and sales. She also holds MBA from MANAGE, the pioneer institute for Agribusiness management in India. She has worked with companies like Thomson Reuters and Shell foundation prior to this.

Gurupreet Singh Kapoor
Head – Global Sales

Gurupreet comes with over 15 years of operational experience in the recruitment industry. Having built his career through companies like SQL star, Datagroup before joining AO group, he has been instrumental in global expansion for all the companies at Advantage One Group.In his last stint he was the Sr. Director - Global Operations at Datagroup.
