Charles joined ASG as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2015. He also serves on the Board of Directors. Charles has more than 16 years of experience in strategic, financial and operational leadership. He brings a strong background in technology, and a proven record of driving organizational improvements and delivering long-term growth strategies.
Most recently, he served as COO and CFO of global software company The Attachmate Group. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Vignette Corporation, a provider of enterprise content management software.
Chuck leads ASG’s field sales in all global regions, the sales specialist teams, our professional services and pre-sales departments, as well as our software asset management experts. He is a proven sales executive who has aligned worldwide sales groups with corporate goals while achieving revenues in excess of $1B. He joined ASG in 2015.
Chuck has also served as the leader of Americas Strategic Accounts at HP Software, led the worldwide sales and professional services teams for Vignette Corporation, and has held other executive and sales management positions at IBM.
Dilip serves as CFO, Finance & IT for ASG, and is responsible for the Finance, IT, Infrastructure, and Business Operations teams. He focuses on financial reporting, both internal and external, as well as ensures that ASG’s employees have a great space to work in utilizing robust tools.
He joined ASG in 2015 after holding global finance executive and management roles with Micro Focus, The Attachmate Group, NetIQ, BMC Software, Inc., and Tivoli (an IBM company).
Swamy joined ASG in 2015 as EVP & Chief Product Officer with a background that includes starting and scaling high growth businesses. He is responsible for all aspects of ASG’s strategy, product management, technology, development, support and marketing.
Prior to ASG, Swamy has held executive roles at SDL, Inc., Language Weaver, Qlip Media and Vignette Corporation.
In her role, Licia focuses on serving ASG employees worldwide as EVP Global HR & Corporate Counsel, which includes responsibility for recruiting, payroll, compensation and benefits, works council and union relations, and corporate culture development. She also manages all employment-related legal matters and provides guidance on best practices for HR strategy and compliance.
Licia joined ASG in 2002 as in-house counsel. Prior to ASG, she was a labor and employment litigation attorney with FordHarrison. Licia earned her JD magna cum laude from the University of Memphis and is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and Florida.
As EVP and General Counsel, Derek advises on ASG’s mergers and acquisitions; all legal matters, including litigation, intellectual property, insurance, corporate governance and compliance; leasing of real estate property; and domestic and international corporate transactions.
Derek has been with ASG since 1999, and has also served as Senior Vice President, COO and CFO. He earned his J.D. and Business Administration degrees from Washington University (St. Louis) in 1997 and 1994, respectively. He holds an active license to practice law in Florida.
