He is not a mere Contractor; he is a Visionary and his profile is multi-faceted. Mr. Krishnaiah is a Contractor, an Entrepreneur, a Social Worker, a Philanthropist, a Preacher, a Visionary and an Organization within himself. He promoted many Companies and provided employment to about 10,000 people. Mr. Krishnaiah is an Ex-MLA and well known in his Constituency as “a True Worker and Result- Oriented’ across all Political Parties. He has set up a Trust, which donates to several Social Causes, such as Family Planning, medical relief and public utility services. Mr. Krishnaiah has a clear thought process as to where to take his Empire during the next decade.

Mr. Bollineni Seenaiah, Managing Director is a Post Graduate in Agricultural Sciences. His deep interest in mega machines and growing technology has driven him into construction sector. Ever since his first venture in laying roads during 1972, together with his Elder Brother, Mr. B. Krishnaiah, he did not turn back. He has widely traveled several countries for studying the highway projects, methods of mechanized quarrying, material handling and use of high capacity of road construction machinery like hot mix plant, full width Pavers, Concrete Batching Plants etc. He was involved in overall management and administration of the head office as well as project sites including co-ordination with the clients, the Technical wing of the company, accounts and stores etc.

Mr. N. Sivaraman, Investor Director is currently Executive Vice President (Financial Services) – Larsen & Toubro Limited, responsible for the company’s Financial Services Business and M&A initiatives. He has consummate work-experience of 24 years, covering the entire gamut of finance functions, accounts, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. During his career at L&T, Mr. Sivaraman played a key role in structuring the Cement Demerger deal using innovative solutions to arrive at a ‘Win-Win’ result for the Shareholders, the Company and all the transacting parties. He structured The Employee Welfare Foundation, which would buy the stake of Grasim in L&T, including the financing of the Trust. Mr. Sivaraman advised on the first BOOT project of L&T through the bid stage to consummation. He also advised on structuring a bid on Build-Own-Lease-Transfer basis and subsequently arranged financing through securitization of lease rentals using a rated instrument (this was the first time that project finance was arranged using a capital market instrument). Mr. Sivaraman led L&T’s GDR issuance which got concluded in a matter of two weeks. He also led the rating exercise with Moody’s for the company. Mr. Sivaraman is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Amitabha Guha, Independent Director was born on 10th November 1948. He has done M. Sc and was ranked 2nd in the Merit List of the University of Calcutta. He started his career in Banks in the Year 1987. He was the Chief Manager (Personal Administration) of State Bank of Saurashtra from July 1987 to September 1988. Thereafter he has held various posts in various banks in India. In May 2004, he took over as the Managing Director of State Bank of Hyderabad and worked there till May 2008, and finally on 27th May 2008, he took over as Dy. Managing Director of State Bank in India, Inspection & Management Audit Department who reports to the Audit Committee of the Board (ACB) in Functional Matters. Within the brief period of Incumbency, the system of Auditing was realigned with the software platform the bank adopted. He is the Member of the following Professional Institutions:

Mr. Ashoke Joshi, Independent Director was born on 5th September 1943. He commissioned as an officer in the Indian Army in 1964 and served there for about Six Years. In 1969 he qualified the Competitive Examination for the Indian Administrative Service. He has held various posts in the State and the Central Government of India. Some of the Posts held by him in IAS cadre were:

Mr. B. Kameswara Rao, Independent Director aged about 79 years has worked in a Central Government Department for about two and a half decades. Later on, he moved into Private Sector. He worked as Managing Director of an Infrastructure Company, which was pioneer in real estate development and commercial / residential buildings in the City of Hyderabad. He also worked as Managing Director of a reputed hospital in Hyderabad. Presently, he is on the Board of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd.

Mr. Murali Krishna, Independent Director is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Krishna is also a Member of the Bar Council of the State of Andhra Pradesh. He is in the profession for around four decades. During this period he has held various positions in the Corporates. He started his career in Brahmayya & Co. Chartered Accountants and worked there from 1971 to 1974. Thereafter, in 1975 he occupied the post of a Senior Executive in Smithkline Beecham Consumer Brands Ltd., (Presently GSK Ltd.) and worked there for 6 years and in 1982 he started Practicing as a Chartered Accountant in Hyderabad and continued till 1995. Since April 1995 he is practicing as an Advocate in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. He has appeared and argued several matters on Tax and Corporate Laws in the Tax Tribunal, High Court and the Supreme Court of India.
