Pasupathi has a dual leadership role at CareerNet where he heads the Applications recruitment practice as well as the Campus and Entry Level hiring practice. His areas of strength and experience lie in setting up and handling large distributed teams and client management apart from having a robust technology background. Pasupathi began his career in software development at SAP Labs India. During his seven year stint at SAP he was involved in the development of a number of products developed out of the Bangalore Lab. He went on to manage the team which was developing a Groupware Integration framework for the SAP Applications. Pasupathi holds an Integrated M.Sc in Maths and Computer Applications from IIT Delhi.
