across 4 regions (North, South, East and West)

Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2C channel by promoting our product Range to Dealers/Distributers.Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high calibre of service, explore and identify all their needs.
Understand & Analyse the Need of Customers & provide necessary Support co-ordinating with Unit, Understand the dynamics of customer & re-align the offerings, & support, Prevent Competitor Entry & Increase Market share with Existing Customers.
Appoint new dealers/distributers in the allotted territory & engage them through MOU & schemes for incentives.Ensure that sales are made strictly within the credit and cash discount parameters as per company policy.
Work closely with BD and promotion team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for our product range for the targeted segment/territory. Endure creation of a high street visibility for company brand through the domination of Channel Partner store frontages.
Develop Annual and quarterly budgets by product, geography and channel partner, and draw up network and market coverage plans to meet the agreed targets
Work closely with relevant departments / colleagues commercial, marketing, product supply to ensure efficient operation in terms of product availability, storage, delivery & after sales service.
Make monthly Collection forecast, co-ordinate with customers/dealers for getting the bills booked on time, facilitate collection through regular follow up with customers. Co-ordinate with Finance team for timely collection of required legal forms etc.
Market visit and progress reports to be submitted on a weekly basis. Update on latest market Information, competition activities.
