History
In 2011 Compass Group acquired Vipul Facility Management Private Limited, New Delhi a national player in the facilities management industry and Ultimate Hospitality Services Private Limited a strong regional food services business headquartered in Hyderabad.
Previous to this Epicurean Enterprises Private Limited a national services company was acquired in April 2009 and Tirumala Hospitality Services a regional player in food services in Western India was also acquired in August 2010.
