Lalatendu Mishra – President

Lalatendu Mishra was invited to Coromandel Infotech from HCL Technologies in January 2012 to transform and lead the company on to the next wave in IT services.

Lalatendu has over 25 years of experience in the IT service industry; focusing on driving growth, spearheading new geographies and services. Prior to joining Coromandel Infotech, Lalatendu was in the Leadership Council at MahindraSatyam and HCL Technologies, where he was leading their MEA&I and E&U service delivery business respectively.

In the past, he managed TCS’ South West England and Southern African business from 1997 till 2003.Lalatendu is an Electronics and Communication Engineer and completed his MAP program from WITS university. While he brings thought leadership in global IT service business model, he is also passionate about coaching and mentoring young talents.

Ananda Narayanan G – Senior Vice President

Ananda Narayanan brings on board a rich experience spanning over 30+ years. His expertise in strategy and operations steers the organization in achieving its mission & vision.

He began his career with India Cements Limited, an USD 1 billion business conglomerate, and with his perseverance & elite capabilities, rose up to serve the group in various capacities. He was the chief architect for setting up a vast hybrid Wide Area Network for India Cements Limited across the country and was the chief architect for conceptualizing & developing “inDice” ERP, currently the number one Indian OEM ERP in the cement industry.

He is a gold medalist in his college, and a qualified Chartered Accountant & Cost Accountant. He is a member of the Expert Committee on Information Technology of the Madras Chamber of Commerce & Industry, India.

Raja Gopal – Vice-President

Raja Gopal has over 30 years of IT experience and has held a variety of senior executive roles such as Global Business head and Global delivery head spanning Australia, USA, UK, France and Middle East.

With a vast experience in multi technology platforms (IBM, Unisys, Tandem , Oracle, Microsoft and SAP) and a strong domain experience , he was instrumental in driving the revenue growth of organizations in the BFSI vertical. Raja Gopal is a progressive leader with a unique blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen and people leadership.

Prior to joining Coromandel Infotech, Raja Gopal was the Vice President at Mahindra Satyam responsible for Middle East Insurance clients. Before his tenure at Mahindra Satyam, Raja Gopal spent several years as Vice President at Cambridge Solutions Limited (Xchanging) and Xansa India Limited.

Raj Rijal – Global Delivery Head

Raj Rijal has 15+ years of experience in IT Industry with experience in managing application development, maintenance & support engagements for customers in USA, Europe, APAC & ME regions. He has worked extensively with US based customers like Itron, TXU Energy, NCR, Kuwait Petroleum, ConocoPhillips, Insituform, Trinidad Drilling etc.

Raj has experience in managing multi-location, multi-vendor projects & has strong techno-functional knowledge as well project management skills needed to deliver projects combined with his experience of managing teams with diverse cultural backgrounds & geographies.

Rajendran Gangadharan – Director – Consulting Services

Rajendran Gangadharan is heading our consulting services which include professional services business and Oracle practice for both India and US. He has Bachelors in Mechanical and Production engineering from Annamalai University. He is a result oriented techno-managerial expert offering over 20+ years of experience in Project/Program/Operations and Resource Management. He has experience in handling Global Delivery, ERP Implementation, Maintenance and support projects, on site off shore delivery, Managed Services and Sourcing/Recruiting of IT consulting services for customers globally. He served as VP – Operations at Compsoft Technology Solutions Group Inc, (USA).

He has worked 13+ years in US and served several top clients such as GE, Schneider National, Johnson Controls, Nokia Siemens, Arthur J Gallagher, AFC, Speidel, Jamison Door Company, Fiskars, Super Pc, Wellington, Inc and Koppers.

Chandrasekar Bharathi – Global Director – Solutions

Chandrasekar Bharathi has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry handling multiple geographies and roles across domains. Prior to Coromandel, Chandrasekar was heading the Life sciences business at HCL Technologies for 4 years and previously managed an Oil & Gas Business unit at Mahindra Satyam from 2003 till 2011. A certified program manager from Stanford, Chandrasekar has a Masters in Computer Science and is an acknowledged leader for Program Governance & Delivery Excellence in addition to being a Value Evangelist and Leadership coach.

Balaji Sampath – Director – Sales

Balaji Sampath has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has comprehensive experience in spearheading multi-faceted functions of Services Sales, Cloud Sales, P&L Management, People Management. Service Delivery and transition of very large projects.
Prior to Coromandel, Balaji was heading the Sales and Business development for Infra Management Services Business – Manufacturing and Hi Tech vertical India and SAARC at Wipro Limited. An engineering graduate from Regional Engineering College Nagpur, Balaji is an acknowledged leader for his strategies and leadership traits in addition to being a value evangelist.
