"Tiger" joined CSS Corp in 2011 as the CEO and has helped increase the Company's profitability, market reach and enter newer business areas. He is credited with putting together a smart Executive Management Team. CSS Corp positions itself very strongly as an organisation that is "Wired to Support". Tiger is responsible for envisioning and executing the company strategy of being a premier support company globally.

A well-known industry professional, he pioneered technological solutions that brought tremendous business benefits to global organisations. He started India's first Remote IT Infrastructure Management service with a Global Delivery Model that helped organisations reduce their IT operational costs and increase availability. He co-founded the concept of Integrated Business Services provisioning by integrating technology and operations. Various business processes were delivered to multiple customers by using a common technology platform and a common process. Using economies of scale, the cost of transactions were significantly decreased for many Banking and Financial Institutions. Customers paid only for the business outcomes.

Tiger has helped many organisations and CXO's succeed by partnering with them and helping them structure IT and Business Process Outsourcing deals that have outcome based pricing models. He has extensive experience in Enterprise High Tech, Telecom, Retail and BFSI verticals.

At CSS Corp, he crafted one of the largest Private Equity transactions in the IT industry and led an MBO with the backing of Partners Group (; with over Euro 30 billion under management).

Prior to CSS Corp, Tiger was a serial entrepreneur having set up few successful ventures in the Information Technology industry. Prior to his entrepreneurial stint, he was the Country Manager for Nortel Networks for India and the SAARC region.

Tiger holds a degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communications) from Madurai-Kamaraj University, India and he is very passionate about Wildlife Photography and Conservation.
