- At Info Edge, all women employees are entitled to 26 weeks of full pay maternity leave. Care is taken to ensure that upon resuming work after maternity leave, the woman employee joins back in the same role as before. For the women employees who choose to adopt or opt for childbirth through surrogacy, Info Edge offers 12 weeks of full pay maternity leave.

Info Edge has a gender neutral, zero-tolerance policy towards Sexual Harassment at
Workplace. The Internal Complaints Committee comprises of Senior Leaders of the
organization. All employees are mandated to undergo training on Prevention of Sexual
Harassment at workplace within 30 days of joining and regular follow-up trainings are
