Info Edge has a gender neutral, zero-tolerance policy towards Sexual Harassment at
Workplace. The Internal Complaints Committee comprises of Senior Leaders of the
organization. All employees are mandated to undergo training on Prevention of Sexual
Harassment at workplace within 30 days of joining and regular follow-up trainings are
also conducted.
We, at Info Edge care about how the women employees perceive workplace safety, growth
and promotion opportunities and other benefits provided to them and therefore
measure it annually through our employee voice survey, called iSpeak. Our scores from
