Datamatics Hosts The 1st ‘Digital Conclave with CFOs’ in Mumbai

Datamatics hosted its first ‘Digital Conclave with CFOs’ in Mumbai on October 6, 2017. It was an interactive discussion and debate platform for CFOs across India. The forum focused on the rapidly changing role of finance from being a support function to driving strategy and new business models.

The event witnessed the presence of CFOs from leading large and mid-sized companies across the BFSI, media and telecom sectors. The event included a keynote address by Rahul Kanodia, CEO & VC, and Navin Gupta, EVP & Global Head – BPO Delivery Services.

This was followed by an interesting and engaging panel discussion with our esteemed panelists – Mr. Vijay Malpani, Group CFO, Dorf Ketal Chemicals (I) Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Swasti Bhowmik, CFO, India Ltd. and Mr. Ashok Suvarna COO, Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Ltd., where they talked about how “Digital Finance” and technological innovation can positively impact accounting applications and financial processes to become faster, efficient and more accurate. The attendees were also shown some live demos on mobility, invoice processing etc.
