Perfectionist by nature, Mahesh Agarwal always believes in doing things better, better and ….better. A post grad MBA from IMI Delhi, he is a successful Managing Partner of a successful Dimensions HRD Consultants. You can well imagine the result when two successes meet.
As a result, Mahesh heads the Dimensions operations from Mumbai Branch in inimitable style. He is an accepted role model to his staff members. He is the one who is personally spearheading all the top management recruitments at Dimensions.

She is the driving force behind the group and its vision. She joined Dimensions in 2003. All this is coupled with her diversified 11 years experience which includes Operations, Employment, HR and Sales with brands like GE Capital, Hindustan Times, & American Express.

Anamika Saluja

Anamika joined Dimensions in 2004 & is been at the forefront in recruiting. Suave in nature, down to earth and overwhelmed with energy, she takes the ownership of the tasks that she had undertaken. A post graduate MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (DLP) with specialization in HR, has an eye for detail and accuracy when it comes to searching the candidate in an innovative and comprehensive manner. Anamika heads the Dimensions Middle East operations from Dubai Branch.

Neha Sharma

Qualities such as dedication and commitment to work, willing to give her maximum and willing to learn from mistakes are Neha’s forte. She is known for devising ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions to complex problems. Joined as an associate recruiter, she has grown in leaps and bounds since then. She is a distance learning MBA graduate with specialization in (HR) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

Simran Verma

Simran joined Dimensions HRD Consultants in May ‘2009. A highly motivated professional with proven track record of meeting targets and streamlining workflow; possess an insatiable appetite for continuous learning & improvement.
Simran is adept to work at mid to senior level mandates across geographies. A key resource who has demonstrated team management, sales & operations management, customer relationship and client relationship management skills at all levels. She understands that an intelligent recruiting strategy goes well beyond filling vacancies. She loves to interact with different people. Simran is a diploma in HR-ICFAI-2008 batch and a MBA in Marketing.

A highly skilled professional with deep knowledge in various fields (client servicing, technical support at Business Process Outsourcing and HR Recruitment). Sheetal is proficient at executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, headhunting, selection and appointment. She is capable of implementing strategies that align with business needs and contribute to accelerated growth of the organization. Sheetal is a graduate in B.A. (Political science) from Mumbai University.
