All our work is focused on meeting the needs of patients.

Our Generics products bring expensive medicines within reach of patients by helping reduce the cost of therapy. We bring generic drugs to market as rapidly as we can and provide them to as many patients as possible. Our portfolio consists of all dose forms in multiple therapeutic areas as well as biologic drugs.

We also serve patients through our partners. We do this in two ways. First, we supply other generics companies with active pharmaceutical ingredients, which helps them bring medicines to market as early as possible, creating affordable options to high cost medicines. Second, we help innovator companies get their proprietary medicines to patients faster by providing a range of products and services. Our ready supply of active pharmaceutical ingredients also gives us the advantages of cost-competitiveness and helps us in our journey of providing affordable alternatives to our patients.

To address unmet patient needs we develop innovative products that increase patient convenience and/or enhance a drug’s safety or efficacy. We develop novel formulations of currently marketed drugs or combinations of complementary drugs that address significant unmet needs. We also have an active drug discovery program to discover and develop new chemical entities in key therapeutic areas.
To help manage disease better we offer medicines that bring compelling advantages to patients. In partnership with doctors, we also help patients by going beyond providing medicines to offering services that help manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and kidney disease. This includes helping patients stay on course with prescribed treatments through daily reminders about medication and follow-up as needed, facilitating counselling to deal with emotional stress, and helping increase awareness about chronic diseases and the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.

Our products and services are based on our strong capabilities: deep science and technology skills, in-depth knowledge of intellectual property and regulation, advanced manufacturing, sales and marketing capabilities, and a flexible supply chain that can avoid shortages and meet demand surges. Our strengths in science and technology include synthetic organic chemistry, biologics development, formulations development and drug discovery.
