Mr. Pramod Kumar Shah

Mr. Pramod Kumar Shah, is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has 35 years of experience in practicing accountancy and with an expertise in the area of internal audit. He has graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Calcutta University.
Mr. Shah has written, compiled and edited books and social and cultural magazines, and participated in T.V. talk shows that were aired on Discovery Channel, Kolkata Doordarshan, Taaza T.V. and radio talk shows broadcasted from Akashwani Kolkata. He was the Past President of All India Marwari Yuva Manch. He is also on the board of other companies.

Ms. Nisha Murarka Non-Executive : Independent Director Ms. Murarka is a Science graduate and has extensive knowledge in chemical discipline. She is also in the board of other companies.

Mr. Debasish Bhaumik
Non-Executive :Independent Director

Mr. Debasish Bhaumik, is presently practicing as an advocate in High Court, Calcutta. He is a retired Indian Revenue Service officer and associated with Income Tax Department for more than 37 years. Mr. Bhaumik has vast knowledge in income tax related matter and also has understanding in excise & custom matters. He is also on the board of other companies.

Mr. Rajiv Kumar Tibrewal
Director and CFO

Mr. Tibrewal has completed his Graduation in Commerce from St. Xavier's College. He has also completed Chartered Accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India, Company Secretaryship from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Cost Accountancy from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is a rank holder (43rd) in Chartered Accountancy.
Mr. Tibrewal had 20 years of rich experience in edible oil, consumer goods and banking industries. He started his career with IDBI in 1994 where he has worked in the areas of project finance. After leaving IDBI in 2001, Mr. Tibrewal joined Emami group where he has handled various leadership roles in areas of Commercial Operations, Treasury and Import.

Mr. Swapan Kumar Mondal
Director

Mr. S. K. Mondal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from NIT, Durgapur and a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata (IIMC).
He has more than 38 years of experience in various manufacturing companies and financial institutions like Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL), The Industrial Finance Corporation of India Ltd. (IFCI) and Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI). He possesses vast experience in the areas of production, project management, plantation and international marketing. He is associated with a number of industry trade bodies and is serving Biodiesel Association of India as the Vice-President.

Mr. Sudhakar Rao Desai
Director and CEO

Prior to joining Emami Agrotech Limited as the CEO, Mr. Desai was with Bunge India Pvt. Ltd. as Director/Vice President. Earlier he worked as Chief Trader, with ITC Agrotech/ConAgra. A Management Graduate from IRMA, Gujarat he has 27 years of experience in all facets of agri business/edible oil. He is an active member of Industry Trade Bodies like SEA (Solvent Extractors Association) and has served as the Director of Bombay Commodity Exchange. He is also a Product Committee member of NCDEX.
