Right now working for Everest SUPER, a novelty product, capable of giving new variation to the roofing industry. The role involves the entire gamut of sales promotion, marketing communications, ATL/ BTL, loyalty management and personal selling, apart from planning and team management. Everest Industries is doing an excellent job in rural marketing and allows its employees to experiment new initiatives, learn from mistakes and succeed. To adapt marketing strategy in view of the new information available from the market, and not losing sight of the long-term organizational goals makes Everest one of a successful brand. Working on the third assignment for a product’s Go-To-Market strategy in different companies, I have learned it the harder way. On the personal front, I love listening to music. A constant researcher, not a day ends without visiting Wikipedia.
