Pete Sinisgalli Chief Executive Officer

Pete joined Eze Software as CEO in 2014. Previously, Pete was president and CEO of Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ - MANH), a leading provider of software solutions for supply chain management, from 2004 through 2012.

Before joining Manhattan Associates, he spent a year at NewRoads, Inc., a privately held third-party fulfillment provider, where he held the position of president and CEO. Prior to that, Pete spent six years at CheckFree Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed global leader in outsourced electronic processing services. His last position at CheckFree was president and COO. Pete spent 14 years at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where his last position was executive vice president and CFO for Dun & Bradstreet Software. He holds a Bachelor in Economics and a Master of Business Administration, both from Cornell University. Pete is on the Board of Directors of Agilysys (NASDAQ – AGYS).

Jeffrey Shoreman President

Jeff serves as the president of Eze Software and has been with the company for more than 15 years. During his tenure he has held a number of leadership and executive positions, including chief operating officer from 2005 to 2012, and prior to that he was chief technology officer. Jeff also served as executive managing director on the executive committee for former parent company ConvergEx Group from 2006 until the formation of Eze Software Group in 2013.

Prior to joining the company, Jeff worked for Andersen Consulting in their technology practice. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he received a Bachelor in Engineering and History.

Jeffrey Shoreman

P. Cameron Hyzer, CFA Executive Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer

Cameron joined the company in 2005 as vice president of finance and chief financial officer. He also served as controller and treasurer of former parent company ConvergEx Group from 2007 until the creation of Eze Software Group in 2013, and was responsible for accounting, tax, and treasury functions across the company. Previously, Cameron held finance roles at various technology companies, including CFO of Benchmarking Partners, interim CFO of Cramer Systems, and acting VP of finance at Thomson Financial.

He attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

P. Cameron Hyzer

Robert Keller, CFA Executive Managing Director, Product Management and Development

Rob manages product management, development for the company, and oversees strategic planning and execution for all of Eze Software’s products and services. He previously served as chief product officer as well as head of global product management for Eze OMS. He joined the company in 2000 as an Eze OMS consultant, and was responsible for launching operations for Eze OMS in London in 2001.

Before joining the company, Rob was a vice president at Fleet Securities. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and received his MBA from the Boston University School of Management. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Robert Keller, CFA

David Quinlan Executive Managing Director, Strategy and Marketing

David serves as head of strategy and marketing for the company, and also helps oversee the firm’s corporate development efforts.

David joined the company in 1999 and has held several leadership positions in his tenure, including president of Eze Castle Software. He also served as executive managing director and head of strategy and marketing for former parent company ConvergEx Group from 2006 until the creation of Eze Software Group in 2013.

David is a former trader and spent 12 years at Bridge Information Systems in various management positions, including senior vice president of transaction services. He has been a member of the board of directors at Code Red Inc. and Riley Technologies. David holds a Bachelor in Finance from Providence College. He is Series 7, 8, and 24 registered.

David Quinlan

Elisa Gilmartin Senior Managing Director, Human Resources

Elisa Gilmartin joined Eze Software Group as senior managing director of HR in 2015. In this role, she drives the company’s human capital management strategy, including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement programs.

Before joining Eze Software, Elisa was CHRO and senior vice president at Polycom, where she was responsible for the global human resources function as well as the Polycom Foundation. Preceding Polycom, Elisa was vice president of human resources, North America Sales, at Monster Worldwide from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, she spent nine years at EMC Corporation, where she directed the human resources functions for the company’s global consulting practice, marketing and IT divisions, and new business development. Elisa began her career in the financial industry, and held HR positions of increasing authority with BankBoston Securities, Fidelity Investments, and Bank of New England. Elisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Gerry Gualtieri Senior Managing Director, EMEA

Gerry is responsible for new sales, business development, and client service in EMEA for Eze Software. He has over 25 years of industry experience.

Gerry joined the company in 2009 and served as chief executive officer of Tradar until the formation of Eze Software Group in 2013. Prior to joining the company, Gerry was the managing director of global sales at latency management specialist Corvil and served as the chief operating officer at Fidessa LatentZero. Gerry also spent 11 years at Thomson Financial in a number of senior management roles, most recently as the commercial director of the company’s investment management group.

Elizabeth Hickey Senior Managing Director, Global Client and Technology Services

Elizabeth is the senior managing director of Global Client and Technology Services. She oversees a global team responsible for implementation of our electronic trading, settlement connectivity, and algorithmic trading interfaces. Additionally, Elizabeth oversees the product support of our order management system as well as our Americas consulting group's implementation and support of the execution management system.

Elizabeth joined the company in 1999 as an Eze OMS consultant and was responsible for launching our client and technology services function, which has grown to a team of 180 worldwide. She also founded Eze Software Group’s leadership development program, hiring more than 400 individuals over the program's lifespan.

Elizabeth graduated from Bates College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Elizabeth Hickey

Michael Hutner Senior Managing Director of Americas Sales and Business Development

Michael oversees new sales and buy-side business development in the Americas for Eze Software.

Michael joined the company in 2000 as a consultant responsible for opening the New York client service office for Eze OMS. He has held a number of leadership positions, including head of eastern U.S. Eze OMS operations and managing director of global business development. Previously, Michael was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a graduate of Boston College, where he received his Bachelor in Finance.

Michael Hutner

Michael Maguire Senior Managing Director of Americas Client Service

Michael oversees Americas client service for Eze Software. He joined in 2001 and has held several roles within the company, including director of technical consulting and director of New York. In this role, he was involved with more than 100 highly complex client implementations.

Before joining the company, Michael was a financial planner with John Hancock Financial Services and an MIS manager at Protex International. He graduated from Oswego State University, where he earned his Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in finance.

Brad Rinklin Senior Managing Director, Marketing

Brad joined Eze Software Group as senior managing director overseeing marketing in 2016. In this role, he drives brand strategy, messaging, thought leadership, corporate communications, and events. He is responsible for Eze Software’s brand and reputation management around the globe.

Before joining Eze Software, Brad was senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Akamai Technologies, where he oversaw global marketing and partner sales organizations. A 15-year veteran at the market-leading content delivery giant, Brad also held positions in sales, sales management, sales engineering, and training. Prior to Akamai, Brad was SVP and general manager at several New Horizons CLC divisions. Brad holds Bachelor degrees in Marketing and Economics from Baylor University.

Brad Rinklin

James Smith Senior Managing Director, Product Development

James joined Eze Software in 2001 and currently oversees global development and quality assurance for all products as senior managing director. During his tenure, he has held numerous leadership positions across the development organization and has overseen key development initiatives that transformed the product and its architecture. James led the team that rebuilt the Order Management System as a .Net application and was a key member of the team that developed the industry’s first real-time trade order management blotter. James was also responsible for launching Eze Software’s offshore development team in Costa Rica as well as the company's Atlanta office.

Prior to joining Eze Software, James worked as a developer at Innovation Chain, an internet startup, from 2000-2001, and at Raytheon as Systems Engineer II from 1997-2000. James holds a Bachelor in Mathematics from the University of Florida.

James Smith

R.G. Manalac Managing Director, Asia Pacific

R.G. serves as Managing Director in Asia Pacific and is responsible for all new sales, business development, and client service in the region. He joined the company in 2003 as a consultant based in San Francisco and was promoted to Director of Consulting for the Western U.S. in 2005. He relocated to Hong Kong in 2008 to launch Eze Software’s first Asia Pacific location and since then has overseen the opening of offices in Sydney and Singapore. Under his leadership, Eze Software’s Asia-Pacific presence has grown from one locally-based client to 175, and the sales and support staff has expanded from two employees to 53.

Before joining the company, R.G. was a trader for a hedge fund. R.G. graduated from Pomona College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and passed his CFA Level 3 exams in 2011.

R.G. Manalac

Chad Yohn General Counsel and Secretary

Chad is responsible for the company’s global legal and compliance matters and serves as corporate secretary. Previously, Chad was an associate general counsel responsible for the investment technologies segment for former parent company ConvergEx Group from 2006 until the formation of Eze Software Group in 2013. Chad joined ConvergEx Group as part of the formation team from The Bank of New York.

Previously, he worked as an associate at the law firms of Shearman & Sterling and Fish & Neave. Chad graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Vasanta Palakodety Managing Director, Product Development, Head of India Office.

Vasanta has more than 20 years of experience in software development and management of the entire product development life cycle spanning domains including, Telecom Switching and Billing Software, Ports & Cargo, Supply Chain and Life Sciences. She is specialized in building organizations from ground up focusing on operational excellence, innovation and talent development.

In her most recent role as VP of Products and Global Engineering with ModelN, a global leader and provider of Revenue Management solutions for the life sciences and technology industries, she developed and managed an organization of 250+ development associates, overseeing the direction and delivery of several products including a cloud strategy for an on premise application in life sciences.

Prior to ModelN, Vasanta served in similar roles for JDA Software Pvt Limited, where she was responsible for building and managing the Product Development of the Retail Domain overseeing 400+ associates. She also worked with Tata Consultancy Services and Idea Capital Ventures. She holds her Bachelor of Engineering from LIT University of Nagpur, and is PMP Certified.
