Based in New York, Tiger is credited as one of the industry pioneers who transformed the global business process service industry. Under his leadership, Genpact (formerly GE Capital International Services) evolved into a business process services leader with over $2 billion in annual revenues in 2012 and more than 62,000 employees across 24 countries. Based on the company's GE heritage and Lean and Six Sigma DNA, Tiger spearheaded the development of Genpact's Smart Enterprise Processes (SEPSM) proprietary framework for making business processes more effective and driving transformation for global enterprises. Tiger began his career with the Unilever Group in India where he spent seven years in sales and marketing, then three years with Citibank's Consumer Financial Services businesses in business, sales, operations and credit. He joined GE Capital in 1994 as head of Risk in India, going on to become CEO for GE Capital's Global Consumer Finance and Auto Financial Services operations in India. In 1999 he became CEO of GE Capital International Services, significantly expanding its service offerings and operations. In 2002, he moved within GE to the Global Commercial Lending Businesses in the U.S. as global head of Six Sigma and Global Operations. Tiger rejoined Genpact in February 2005 as executive vice president, Sales, Marketing and M&A and was promoted to the position of chief operating officer in 2009. He was named president and CEO in June 2011. Tiger holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Amit Chandra is Managing Director of Bain Capital Advisors and founded its Indian office in early 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Chandra spent most of his career at DSP Merrill Lynch, a leading investment bank in India, from where he retired in 2007 after 13 years as its Board Member and Managing Director responsible for Global Markets and Investment Banking. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Tata Investment Corporation and Piramal Enterprises, and also serves as a member of the CII National Committee on Private Equity and Venture Capital.

Alex Mandl is currently the non-executive chairman of Gemalto, a company resulting from the merger between Gemplus International S.A. and Axalto Holding N.V. From June 2006 until December 2007, he served as Executive Chairman of Gemalto and between August 2002 and May 2006, Mandl was president, CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors of Gemplus. Prior to Gemplus, he was a principal in ASM Investments was chairman and CEO of Teligent, a company he started in 1996. From 1991 to 1996, Mandl was with AT&T where he served as president and COO and as CFO before that. He also serves on the Boards of Gemalto, Dell Inc., and Arise Virtual Solutions, serving as Lead Director, Chair of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Governance and Nominating Committees of Dell.

Robert G. Scott became one of our directors in April 2006. From 2001 to 2003, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Morgan Stanley. He currently serves as an advisory director at Morgan Stanley and he is also a director on the board of NYSE Euronext.

Jim Madden has been a Genpact director since January 2005 and currently serves as co-founder and Managing Director of Carrick Capital Partners. Prior to Carrick, Madden was the Founder and Managing Partner of Madden Capital Partners, LLC and from January 2007 to February 2011 was a General Partner with private equity firm Accretive, LLC. Before joining Accretive, Madden served as a Special Advisor to General Atlantic LLC and from 1998 to 2004 he was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Exult, Inc. which was merged into Hewitt in late 2004. In addition to Genpact, he also serves on the boards of Accolade Health, Axiom Law, Mavenlink, and ServiceSource.

Mark Verdi is a Managing Director at Bain Capital and co-head of its Global Portfolio Group. Verdi joined Bain Capital in 2004 and prior to that he worked for IBM Global Services. While at IBM, he played a leadership role in the acquisition and integration of Price Water house Coopers into IBM and led the Financial Services Business Transformation Outsourcing Group globally. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corp. and Trinseo SA.

Laura Conigliaro spent 15 years in leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, including co-director of the firm’s Americas Equity Research unit and Technology Equity Research business unit, before retiring as a partner in 2011. While at Goldman Sachs, she also served on the Compensation Policy Committee and the Americas Diversity Committee. From 1979 to 1996, Ms. Conigliaro was an equity analyst at Prudential Securities, where she specialized in the computer industry. Laura currently serves on the public company Boards of Directors of Dell Inc., and Infoblox Inc. as well as the private company Arista Networks and the non-profit organization Bottomless Closet. She is also a member of the Museum Advisory Council at the American Museum of Natural History. Given her financial management expertise, Laura will play a key role by serving on our Audit Committee.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Humphrey was an investment banker in the mergers and acquisitions group at Lehman Brothers from 1999 to 2001.
