Christopher J. Nassetta is President and Chief Executive Officer for Hilton Worldwide. He joined the company in 2007. Previously, Mr. Nassetta was President and Chief Executive Officer of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., a position he held since 2000. He joined Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in 1995 as Executive Vice President and was elected Chief Operating Officer in 1997. Before joining Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., Mr. Nassetta co-founded Bailey Capital Corporation in 1991, where he was responsible for the operations of the real estate investment and advisory firm. Prior to founding Bailey Capital Corporation, he spent seven years at The Oliver Carr Company, ultimately serving as Chief Development Officer. In this role, he was responsible for all development and related activities for one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Nassetta graduated from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce with a degree in finance. He currently serves on the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board.

Kathryn Beiser is Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications for Hilton Worldwide. She joined the company in December 2012 and oversees external and internal communications and corporate responsibility globally. Previously, Ms. Beiser was vice president of corporate communications at Discover Financial Services, a direct banking and payment services company. Prior to Discover, Ms. Beiser spent 20 years working at some of the world's leading public relations agencies, including Burson-Marsteller, GolinHarris and Hill and Knowlton. Joseph (Joe) Berger is President, Americas for Hilton Worldwide. He is responsible for the operations functions of over 350 corporately managed Hilton Worldwide hotels and Hilton Grand Vacation resorts throughout North, Central and South America. Prior to his current position with Hilton Worldwide, Mr. Berger served as Co-President of LXR Luxury Resorts and Hotels where he managed the formation and growth of the enterprise for over four years. Under his direction, the company repositioned several iconic properties to create one of the most profitable resort and hotel operations in the industry. Previously he also served as President of Prime Hotels, which operated AmeriSuites, Wellsly Inns, and independent full service hotels. Earlier in his career Mr. Berger served as Managing Director of the world famous St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco and previously held positions as Area Managing Director North East for Starwood Hotels & Resorts as well as General Manager of both the Westin William Penn in Pittsburgh and the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. He has also worked internationally both in Hotel Operations and Finance with Marriott in Vienna, Frankfurt, Munich and Warsaw. A native of Virginia, Mr. Berger currently resides in Connecticut with his family.

Kristin Campbell is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Hilton Worldwide. She joined the company in June 2011 and is responsible for leading Hilton Worldwide's global legal, compliance and government relations functions. Prior to Hilton Worldwide, Ms. Campbell was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Staples, Inc., a $25 billion international office products company. While in this role she gained experience in board work and corporate governance, regulatory compliance, M&A, commercial transactions, litigation, real estate, labor and employment, in both the U.S. domestic and international arenas. Prior to joining Staples, Inc. in 1993, Ms. Campbell worked at law firms Goodwin Proctor and Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster. Ms. Campbell is a Board Director of The Trustees of Reservation, a non-profit land conservation organization. She is a member of the Massachusetts and Virginia bars. Mr. Carter was Chief Executive Officer of Hilton International prior to its re-acquisition by the company in 2006. In this role, he was responsible for all operations outside of the Americas. Prior to Black & Decker, Mr. Carter spent more than a decade with General Electric Plastics, ultimately serving as President of General Electric Specialty Chemical. Jeff Diskin is Executive Vice President of Commercial Services at Hilton Worldwide and oversees the company's Customer Marketing, Revenue Management, Online Services and E-Commerce divisions; including Hilton HHonors, the company's premier guest loyalty program that links 38 million members to Hilton Worldwide's global portfolio of 10 hotel brands and 4,000 properties in 90+ countries. Mr. Diskin first joined Hilton in 1988 and has held numerous marketing and management positions since that time, including roles where he was responsible for developing the company's customer marketing, websites and online strategies to overseeing the company's Hilton and luxury brands. Jim Holthouser is Hilton Worldwide's Executive Vice President of Global Brands. In this role, he serves as the company's global leader for brand management and customer marketing across nine consumer brands for more than 4,000 hotels, including Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, Embassy Suites Hotels, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Hotels, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton. Mr. Holthouser also oversees the product disciplines that support these hotels. The Product Management group is responsible for the development and management of products for Food & Beverage, Meetings & Events, Spa, Fitness, Guest Technology and Sustainability. The Global Brands Strategy group is responsible for developing strategies for all brand and product groups across the enterprise. With more than 20 years of experience in the lodging, restaurant and gaming industries, Mr. Holthouser has held a series of senior management positions within Hilton Worldwide in the branding, franchising and marketing arenas. Most recently, he was Global Head of Full Service Brands and Global Head of Embassy Suites Hotels, overseeing all aspects of brand management including marketing and PR, sales, revenue management, research and development, and franchise owner relations. Previously, Mr. Holthouser served as Senior Vice President of Brand Management for Homewood Suites by Hilton. His career with the company began in 1979 as the Director of Market Research for Promus. Mr. Holthouser received his MA in economics/political science from the University of Louisville and his international MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management. Kevin Jacobs is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Hilton Worldwide. He oversees all of the company's global finance functions, as well as its global information technology function and all real estate and asset management aspects of its portfolio of nearly 160 owned, leased and joint ventured hotels. He joined the company in 2008 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy; was elected Treasurer in 2009; and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff in 2012. Prior to Hilton Worldwide, Mr. Jacobs was Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and Treasurer of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. While in this role, Mr. Jacobs was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing on potential mergers, acquisitions or other strategic corporate transactions and leading the company's corporate strategic and business planning efforts. As Treasurer, he oversaw the company's corporate finance and treasury activities globally. Prior to Fairmont Raffles, Mr. Jacobs spent seven years with Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., most recently as Vice President, Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, in which capacity he led the company's strategic planning and investor relations functions. Prior to Carlson Hotels, Mr. Rinck was the Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for The Rezidor Hotel Group, where he drove significant growth for The Rezidor Hotel Group's hotel portfolio in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before joining The Rezidor Hotel Group, Mr. Rinck was the Chief Executive Officer of Movenpick Gastronomy International based in Switzerland, responsible for 150 restaurants worldwide. Matthew W. Schuyler is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Hilton Worldwide and leads the company's global human resources organization. Simon Vincent is President, Europe, Middle East & Africa for Hilton Worldwide. Based in London, Mr. Vincent is responsible for almost 300 hotels across six brands with more than 47,000 team members in 49 countries. Since joining the company in 2007, Vincent has overseen the opening of more than 100 hotels and spearheaded growth in the multi-brand proposition, which along with the core Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand includes Hampton by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree by Hilton. A 20-year veteran of the leisure and travel industry, Vincent was previously CEO of Opodo, the pan-European online travel agency. He also spent 13 years at the Thomas Cook Group, latterly as Chief Operating Officer of the UK Travel Division. Vincent has extensive international experience having held a number of pan-European roles and has also worked in North America and Japan. He spent the early part of his career in International Banking with HSBC. Mr. Vincent is Chairman of the Hilton in the Community Foundation, Chair of the Hospitality Guild and is also a Trustee of the Jigsaw School, an independent day school for children on the autistic spectrum.

Mark Wang is President, Global Sales & Hilton Grand Vacations for Hilton Worldwide and oversees all of the company's global timeshare operations. Mr. Wang was appointed to this role in 2008, after serving as Head of Hilton Grand Vacations, Asia. Mr. Wang first joined Hilton Grand Vacations in 1999 as Managing Director, Hawaii, and has held numerous sales, marketing and management positions within the organization since that time. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wang co-founded PAHIO Resorts in Hawaii and served as its president for six years. He later founded Aloha Resorts International, which oversaw the sales, marketing and property management of Kahana Falls Resort on the Island of Maui. In 1994, Mr. Wang formed Grand Ownership Resorts, Ltd., a consulting company that developed a successful vacation ownership program at The Bay Club on the Big Island of Hawaii, a resort now managed by Hilton Grand Vacations.
