Philip Parr is president and chief executive officer of Hitachi Consulting, responsible for overall global operations and profitability. Since joining Hitachi Consulting in 2002, Parr served in a variety of leadership positions, consistently delivering profitable results. Most recently he served as chief operating officer for the company's U.S. consulting operations. Under his guidance, Hitachi Consulting's U.S. business delivered double digit revenue growth. Parr has been in the professional services industry for 25 years, serving consumer products and industrial manufacturing clients. His areas of expertise include business and systems integration, enterprise application implementation, and customer relationship management solutions. Parr began his career in 1982 at Andersen Consulting and spent 10 years in the Denver office serving clients in various industries. He then shifted to industry and served four years as chief information officer of a $1B national food distributor where he successfully led a large business and technology transformation initiative. Parr returned to consulting in 1996, joining Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting practice as managing partner of the Denver organization. He served in a variety of regional and national executive leadership roles and became part of Hitachi Consulting in 2002 as part of the acquisition of Andersen's Business Consulting practice. Parr holds a bachelor degree in finance and information science from the University of Colorado in Boulder, where he currently resides with his family.

Douglas Allen is executive vice president of our U.S. Consulting business. He previously handled U.S. Managed Solutions, including Managed Services, AMO, and Offshore Development, and prior to that was responsible for business development, strategic account development, and managing the delivery team in the Gulf Coast and Southeast regions of the United States. Allen has a strong background in IT strategic planning, systems integration and business process reengineering. Prior to joining Hitachi Consulting, he was CIO at a billion dollar public transportation company. He led the company through the systems integration of more than 60 acquisitions and the deployment of Oracle Applications and other third party systems. He was also CIO of an Internet infrastructure company, which he led through the integration of five acquisitions and the implementation and deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite. He has worked with numerous manufacturers and distributors during that last 10 years, mainly overseeing enterprise-wide process and IT system implementation initiatives. Allen graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration in accounting from Washington State University.

John O’Brien is Executive Vice President for Hitachi Consulting UK and a member of Hitachi Consulting’s Global Executive Team. John has spent twenty five years in the Management Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing industry. Previously John was a Partner at Accenture, a Partner at Ernst and Young and a Vice President at Capgemini – where he has undertaken a number of roles and held a range of leadership positions. John has a particular interest is the inception and delivery of large business change and improvement projects – typically with an information technology bias. John has worked across most industry sectors, but has mainly focused on the energy, utilities and chemicals sectors where he has worked with a range of large global clients. Outside work John is a published author in the UK and US of a series of historical novels for young adults. John is also a keen sportsman and has a tendency to undertake punishing feats of endurance on wheels or on skis which are patently beyond his ability. John is married and has three children, a dog and seven sheep. John grew up in Peebles in Scotland and studied History at Cambridge University.

Charles Cochran is executive vice president and practice leader for our Greater China and South East Asia practices. Charles also leads the Global Market Integration team which focuses on large global accounts and Hitachi Group go to market strategies. Previous to joining Hitachi Consulting, Charles was a senior vice president with BearingPoint based in Sydney, Australia. He lead the South Asia Pacific regional practice and also was the industry leader for the Telecom, Media and Utilities industry for all of Asia Pacific. He has spent most of his 20+-year career focused on strategic IT projects primarily in the telecommunications industry. He has also worked overseas for clients in Asia, Australia, Latin America and Europe. Recent clients include: Vodafone Japan, China Unicom, China Mobile, Telstra, TelMex, SBC, Telefonica, and Telecom Asia/Orange. Cochran has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University.

Raju Reddy is the executive vice president for Global services at Hitachi Consulting. In addition, Raju serves on the boards of both Hitachi Consulting U.S. and Hitachi Consulting India entities. Raju previously was the Founder and CEO of Sierra Atlantic, a company that grew to be a best-in-class global services company over a period of 17 years under his leadership and was consistently ranked amongst the best managed companies. Sierra Atlantic was acquired by Hitachi Consulting in December 2010. Prior to founding Sierra Atlantic in 1993, he spent 10 years at Intel in software development, marketing, and general management. Raju is actively engaged in the community and serves in leadership roles in various non-profits and enjoys working with young entrepreneurs in a mentorship role. He currently serves on the Board of India Community center in Milpitas, California and is the Chairman of BITSAA Intl, the alumni body of India’s #1 private University, BITS Pilani. Prior to this, he served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Puente, a Wharton School non-profit program which helps under privileged communities worldwide gain access to technology. He also co-founded SIPA (Silicon Valley Indian Professional Association) in 1987 and was instrumental in starting the TiE Chapter in Hyderabad, India. Raju holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from BITS Pilani and a Master of Science degree in computer science from Virginia Tech.

Sanjay brings over 20 years of experience to the table from his role at Sierra Atlantic, as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations, Asia & China. As the Head of the Global Delivery Centers at India and China, he oversees the company’s global delivery teams and works seamlessly with the global business teams. He has managed the entire range of financial operations including corporate finance and the company’s India IPO & Investor relations. He was also responsible for budgetary control, Global contracts, setting up of subsidiary operations, International Taxation including transfer pricing arrangements and contributing to the Merger & Acquisition team. In his Operations role, he provided a solid leadership to the HR & Corporate teams, through the company’s growth from 20 to over 2000 team size, expansion into its own campus and multiple Best Employer awards in India & China. He has been a key driver of the strong work ethic and ownership culture which flows through the company. Prior to joining Sierra Atlantic, Sanjay ran a family owned industrial venture and headed his own Chartered Accountancy practice. He holds a bachelors degree in Commerce and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). A keen golfer and art enthusiast, he is also a founding member of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative at India.

John Maring is Executive Vice President of Hitachi Consulting’s Global Solutions Business Unit. He is responsible for directing Hitachi Consulting’s global go-to-market solutions, including: 1) Managed Services; 2) Offshore Product Development; 3) Hitachi Portfolio Solutions; and, 4) Environmental Sustainability Solutions. He is also responsible for Hitachi Consluting’s global go-to-market integration with Hitachi, Ltd. group companies, focusing primarily on Japanese multi-national and US/EU global accounts. Since joining Hitachi Consulting in 2002, Mr. Maring has served in several leadership positions. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for Hitachi Consulting’s Services Industry practice in the US. Mr. Maring also led the US Communications, Media and Entertainment practice. Mr. Maring has worked in the professional services industry for more than 24, primarily serving clients in the Communications, Technology and Media industries. He has held management positions in several companies during his career, including Andersen Consulting, Hewlett Packard and Arthur Andersen. Prior to joining Hitachi Consulting in 2002, Mr. Maring was a world-wide Partner in Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting business unit responsible for Andersen’s US Western Region Technology, Media and Communications industry vertical. Mr. Maring earned his bachelor degree in economics with honors from the University of Denver. He currently resides in Denver with his wife and four children.

Mr. Brant is the executive vice president for Hitachi Consulting's Market Development group. In this role he oversees two areas - Marketing / Intellectual Property Development, and Strategy / Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to assuming the Market Development leadership role, Mr. Brant led the Products Industries group. He oversaw the strategic direction and go-to-market activities of the practices that made up the company's Products Industries, including consumer, high tech, energy and industrial. He also directly managed the Consumer Products team and consulting practice. Mr. Brant specialized in consumer driven industries for most of his career, with special expertise in revenue management, supply chain, manufacturing and strategy. His career spans more than 35 years helping companies in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and SE Asia to implement change for high performance and competitive advantage. During this time, he also was the executive responsible for the revenue and profitability of various geographic, divisional and corporate teams. Prior to joining Hitachi Consulting, Mr. Brant served as executive vice president and CIO on a management team tasked with the turn-around and sale of an international manufacturing and distribution business. Before that, he was president of a strategy and strategic projects boutique consultancy, a managing partner for Andersen Business Consulting, and a managing partner for Andersen Consulting (Accenture). While at Andersen Consulting, Mr. Brant led the worldwide food and packaged goods manufacturing industry segment for which his team developed a number of go-to-market programs, and co-authored an early version of the "Efficient Consumer Response Model." Mr. Brant received a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Purdue University. He and his family live in Boulder, Colorado.

Barry Honea is the chief financial officer for Hitachi Consulting. He oversees the global support services functions of the company including Finance and Accounting, Information Technology. Barry is also responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He has more than twenty years experience working with companies in the services and technology sectors, and joined Hitachi Consulting in early 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Barry served as the chief financial officer of a staffing and solutions company in the Dallas area. Honea has also served as chief financial officer of a diversified holding company where during most of his five years there he served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of one of the subsidiaries in the telecommunication services and software industry. From 1987 to 1997, Honea worked in the audit and business advisory division of Arthur Andersen. He served as lead manager of the Dallas high tech practice, working primarily with software and services companies. Additionally he worked in the services, manufacturing and healthcare industries. His experience includes assisting public and private companies with financing strategies, initial and secondary public offerings, and establishing best business practices. Barry received a bachelor's degree in business administration in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of various professional organizations including the Financial Executives Institute.
