Rajiv Srivastava is the Vice President and General Manager of the Printing and Personal Systems Group at Hewlett-Packard India. He is responsible for leading profitable growth across the entire portfolio of the group – computing, imaging and printing products and solutions. Rajiv assumed his current role in April 2012.
Prior to this Rajiv was the Vice President of the Personal Systems Group at Hewlett-Packard India and responsible for driving profitable growth of the personal computing systems portfolio. Rajiv first joined HP in 1997 as a regional sales manager, and has since held various leadership roles in the company. As one of the key members of the India team, he ensured smooth integration of the Compaq acquisition helping transform the business into a leading provider of personal computing solutions.
Rajiv subsequently joined Microsoft India as the general manager for Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG). He was able to triple revenues, leading the Industry in customer and partner satisfaction and making it the fastest growing EPG area for Microsoft worldwide. Rajiv also worked with Nagarjuna Steels Ltd. and Escorts Yamaha Ltd before joining HP.
In 2010, Rajiv rejoined HP as the chief operating officer of HP India. Under his leadership, he was responsible for driving the company’s growth and business performance, and for managing strategic, commercial and financial initiatives across all business units of HP in India – PSG, IPG, EB and ES.
Rajiv holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a Master’s in Marketing from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.

Neelam Dhawan is the Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard India. She has countrywide responsibility for revenues and profitability and ensuring the greatest leverage from HP’s Services, Personal Systems and Imaging & Printing businesses.
With a portfolio that extends to offshore activities, BPO, Software Engineering, Research and IT Services, Neelam is focused on shaping the company's overall business agenda and leading its strategy and corporate development efforts to make HP the most admired company in India.
Previously, Neelam was the Managing Director of Microsoft India, a position she held from 2005 to 2008. During her tenure, she sharpened Microsoft's strategic focus and improved its operating efficiency and execution, as well as its financial performance and customer focus. Prior to this assignment, Neelam held a variety of successful leadership positions in leading Indian IT companies, including HCL and IBM.
Neelam holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from St.Stephen's College, New Delhi, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.
