IVL Finance Limited (Formerly known as Shivshakti Financial Services Limited) is a non-deposit taking NBFC registered with RBI and a 100% subsidiary of Indiabulls Ventures Limited. With the new opportunities in retail lending space, particularly with the transformation in digitisation in the banking and financial services sector, the Company has revived the lending business, through IVL Finance Limited.

The thrust of the consumer lending business would be to cater to the aspirational needs of young Indians for Personal loans as well as to meet the funding requirements of small and medium businesses i.e Business Loans. The Company has diversified and entered into the Asset Reconstruction Business (ARC) under its wholly owned subsidiary, Indiabulls Asset Reconstruction Co. Ltd (ARC).
