Shubhaarambh- An auspicious beginning for the new joinees

They say that ‘first time’ is always the most difficult, but not quite so at IndiaMART. It is a fact that new employees who join the organization come with a lot of expectations in terms of environment, nature of work, etc. We @ IndiaMART ensure that all the new entrants feel comfortable at their new work place. Our senior leadership team takes the responsibility of enabling the assimilation of these new recruits into the organization.

For us, Shubhaarambh translates into familiarizing the new joinees with IndiaMART’s culture and hand-holding them through the processes, till they are at ease to undertake their journey on their own. From on-boarding to helping them become productive in the least possible time, we happily assist them during each and every stage of their journey.

Joy of Giving
Have you ever experienced the joy of giving? At IndiaMART, we experience it every year. Organized every year, ‘Joy of Giving’ is a diversified initiative organised by IndiaMART, which encompasses activities such as donation of warm clothes and other useful items to an NGO “Goonj”. The initiative has successfully seen overwhelming participation over the years.

Children’s Day Celebration with KHUSHII
IndiaMART has been associated with the NGO, Khushii (Kinship for Humanitarian, Social and Holistic Intervention in India) for the last few years, where on the occasion of Children’s Day, we invite young children from the NGO to our corporate office located in Noida to interact with the employees and participate in a host of activities such as card-making competition, jam sessions, treasure hunt, quiz, etc.

Not only this, every year on Diwali, we get to buy handmade goodies created by the extremely talented children at Khushii.

Meri Dilli Meri Yamuna
MDMY was the largest public initiative to clean up the Yamuna and restore it to its past glory. IndiaMART participated in this drive and took the first step towards realising its corporate responsibility.

Blood Donation Camp
With an aim to make a meaningful contribution to the society, IndiaMART organised a Blood Donation Camp this year at its Head Office in Noida. The noble initiative, undertaken in coordination with the Lion’s Club, saw a contribution of 50 units of blood from the employees of IndiaMART, who came forward with great enthusiasm to contribute towards the cause.
