Sriram Sridharan
Chief Operating Officer
Sriram Sridharan is the chief operating officer at InEight Inc. With responsibilities spanning from developing applications to delivering solutions and supporting customers, Sriram and his team manage the entire customer engagement journey. He is a highly motivated person with an uncanny ability in designing business models, defining strategies and driving execution for large enterprises.
Sriram is a deep thinker, an orator and is well read on various scholarly texts. He brings with him unbound energy and passion that he passes on to his team and customers in an unbridled manner. Sriram is a chemical engineer and a mathematics enthusiast. He loves on to work on complex mathematical problems in his free time and is intrigued by the Poincare Conjecture and the Mobius Strip.
Brad D. Barth
Chief Product Officer
Brad Barth is chief product officer for InEight Inc., where he oversees product strategy and product management. The mission of his team is to define, deliver and demonstrate products that solve high-value problems within well-understood markets. The group is responsible for InEight’s product road map and defining the company’s next generation solutions. Along with responsibility for InEight’s Industry Advisory Group, Brad and his team are actively involved with various industry associations to stay plugged in to emerging trends and market needs.
Prior to his role at InEight, Brad was vice president of industries for Hard Dollar Corporation, where, for more than a decade, he was instrumental in transforming the company from a start-up software developer into one of the world’s leading solution providers for project-driven enterprises. In helping to orchestrate Hard Dollar’s product vision and go-to-market strategy, he has guided Hard Dollar software to award-winning status, while developing a large and loyal customer following.
Steve Carlisle
VP, Human Resources
Steve Carlisle is vice president of Human Resources for InEight Inc., where he oversees the Human Resources team. He brings nearly 30 years of experience and provides strong interpersonal and leadership skills to the organization.
Prior to InEight, Steve was Employee Services director of Kiewit Mining Group, where he demonstrated a strong ability to establish lasting relationships with individuals and work closely with employees to strategically develop and leverage their individual talents. These skills provide an exceptional foundation on which to secure people’s trust, commitment and buy-in.
Steve received a bachelor’s degree in management and computer science from Chadron State College in Chadron, Neb.
Rick Deans
EVP, Professional Services
Rick Deans is executive vice president of professional services for InEight Inc.
Rick has more than 15 years of experience helping clients reach their business objectives by facilitating and leading software implementations. Working primarily with InEight’s largest strategic customers, Rick has developed and implemented methodologies, which focus on client needs and desired outcomes. With an understanding that software is an enabling tool, Rick works closely with clients to ensure business processes are well defined and software implementations are designed to support fundamental business objectives.
Since 1998, Rick has held numerous positions within the InEight/Hard Dollar organization. Rick helped to develop the Hard Dollar integration with the Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software. Rick continues to provide product direction based on his continued interactions with industry leaders.
Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA in Los Angeles.
Scott Workman
Chief Administrative Officer
Scott Workman is chief administrative officer for InEight Inc., overseeing the Information Technology and Accounting departments. In addition, Scott manages the day-to-day operations of the business and provides instructional leadership to department managers.
Prior to InEight, Scott was the director of client engagement in the Kiewit Technology Group and had responsibility for all IT support staff at fixed facilities job sites as well as and the internal service desk. His group implemented, supported and maintained technology in the field while pursuing strong technology partnerships with operations personnel.
Scott has certifications from the Disaster Recovery Institute and the International Facility Management Association. Scott attended Bellevue University in Omaha, Neb., where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in international business.
