Lou Attanasio

Lou Attanasio brings over 35 years of technology and leadership experience to his role as executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Informatica.
Lou is responsible for executing on the Company’s global sales efforts, which includes the America’s, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Additionally, Lou is focused on increasing value gained from Informatica solutions for all our clients, growing the company’s Total Addressable Market (TAM) and driving international expansion. His team includes the worldwide sales/technical organization as well as professional services.
Lou brings a wealth of sales, passion and hands-on leadership experience, as well as a proven track record from IBM.
Most recently, Lou was general manager Global Sales for IBM’s high-growth and strategic Hybrid Cloud Portfolio. Lou started his career at the IBM Watson Research Center, moved on to become a Software Systems Engineer and then transitioned to become a top sales leader.
Doug Barnett
Executive Vice President &
Chief Financial Officer
Doug Barnett is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Informatica with responsibility for many areas of the Company’s business, including finance, legal, information technology, human resources, and corporate development.
Previously, Doug served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of TriZetto Corporation, a health care IT company that provides information technology and service solutions that help payers and providers work more efficiently and collaborate to deliver better health care.
Doug was previously the managing director, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer of AlixPartners LLP, where he was responsible for most non-client facing functions at the firm, including accounting, finance, treasury, HR, facilities, internal audit, tax, IT and other operations for 16 global locations. Doug has held numerous other financial leadership roles at UGS Corporation, Colfax Corporation and Giddings & Lewis, Inc.
Doug received a Masters of Management degree from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Illinois.
Maureen Brennan

Chief Human Resources Officer
Maureen Brennan is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Informatica.
As CHRO she is responsible for driving a culture of innovation, designing strategies to attract, develop and retain world-class talent, while continuing to deepen the Company’s high performance environment.
With thousands of employees in dozens of countries, the company’s global HR strategy focus is on higher engagement, building our reputation as a great place to work and providing an environment where employees can learn, grow and have long and successful careers within the company.
Maureen was previously the vice president, Human Capital Management at Trizetto, a leading healthcare software company. Prior to joining TriZetto, she held various positions in human resources at AT&T, working with executive leadership on human resource strategies and aligning compensation processes and tools with the overall business plan.
Maureen received her Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore.
Anil Chakravarthy
Chief Executive Officer
Anil Chakravarthy is the chief executive officer of Informatica. Previously, Anil was the executive vice president and chief product officer responsible for product development, product management and product marketing.
Prior to Informatica, for nearly a decade, Anil held leadership roles at Symantec Corporation.
Most recently he was the executive vice president of Information Security at Symantec, responsible for overseeing engineering, product management and operations for an extensive product portfolio including Data Loss Prevention, E-Mail and Web Security (on-premise and Cloud), Managed Services, Trust Services and Authentication.
Previously at Symantec, Anil led multiple product groups including Endpoint Protection, Mobile Security and Management, Encryption, Storage and High-Availability and India Product Operations as well as Enterprise Global Consulting.
Prior to Symantec, Anil led product management for enterprise security services at VeriSign. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, rising to become the co-leader of the E-Business Practice in the Business Technology Office.
Anil received his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India. He then received his Master of Science and Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Bruce Chizen
Chairman
Bruce Chizen is the executive chairman for Informatica. Since August 2015, Bruce has been a member of the Informatica Board and a special advisor to Informatica.
Previously Bruce served as Adobe Systems, Inc.’s chief executive officer responsible for the company’s customer-focused vision which transformed Adobe into one of the world’s largest and most diversified software companies in terms of revenue, global reach and breadth of products. As CEO from 2000 to 2007, Bruce tripled Adobe's revenue and turned a company, known mainly for its popular design products, into one of the most significant forces in the software industry.
Prior to becoming CEO, Bruce was executive vice president of worldwide products and marketing. At Adobe since 1994, he was previously vice president and general manager of both the professional graphics division and Adobe's consumer division.
From 1980 to 1983, he worked in Mattel Electronics’ merchandising group, helping grow it to a $500 million business. In 1983, Chizen joined Microsoft Corporation eventually becoming the company’s eastern region sales director. In 1987, he joined Claris Corporation, a subsidiary of Apple Computer, Inc., as a founding senior manager and later held positions as vice president of sales and worldwide marketing before becoming vice president and general manager of Claris Clear Choice.
Bruce is a Venture Partner with Voyager Capital and Senior Advisor to Permira Funds, and currently serves on the boards of Oracle Corp., Synopsys, Inc, Ancestry.com and Chargepoint Inc. He also serves on the board of the non-profit public broadcaster KQED.
Bruce holds a bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College, City University of New York.
Sally Jenkins

Chief Marketing Officer
Sally Jenkins is the executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Informatica leading the Company's global marketing strategy and execution. Sally is responsible for marketing, brand strategy, corporate communications, product marketing, digital marketing, and field and customer marketing efforts. As chief marketing officer, she leads an organization that is responsible for positioning our growth strategy in new and existing markets, and generating demand for Informatica products and solutions globally. Additionally, she is focused on accelerating go-to-market strategies for Informatica.
Most recently, she was vice president of marketing for Cloud Services while also leading transformation at VMware. As a result, Sally defined and created the portfolio marketing teams delivering deeper, collaborative relationships across all business units. This generated greater business results through the creation of globally integrated plans with carefully orchestrated geography execution.
Throughout her career, Sally’s charter has been to lead the development and growth of global brands delivering brand affinity and increased customer acquisition in support of exceeding the revenue and bookings goals for companies including: VMware, Symantec, Autodesk, Sun Microsystems and Apple Computer.
Sally received a Bachelor's degree in English Literature at Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia.
Debbie O’Brien

Debbie O’Brien is senior vice president and chief communications officer (CCO) of Informatica with responsibility for the strategic direction of the Company’s internal and external communications. Debbie leads public relations, media relations, social media, analyst relations, internal communications, and executive communications. Debbie has an award-winning communications team chartered with furthering the strong reputation of Informatica, advising key leaders including the CEO and telling the company story.
Debbie brings a wealth of technology and business communications experience in leading global organizations. Most recently, Debbie served as senior director of executive communications at SAP, leading communications for the President of the Product and Technology Group and BusinessObjects acquisition. Prior to SAP, Debbie drove executive communications and PR for Sun Microsystems co-founder, chairman and CEO.
Debbie graduated with from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications.
Ansa Sekharan

Global Customer Support
Ansa Sekharan is executive vice president of Informatica Global Customer Support and Informatica University, where he is responsible for establishing Informatica as a trusted partner for customers worldwide by ensuring their success with the Company’s products.
Ansa also leads Informatica Education Services, with a focus on role-based training programs to ensure organizations get the most out of investment in Informatica products.
Ansa was an early employee at Informatica starting in 1996. During his tenure, Informatica has received prestigious industry awards recognizing its support services, including being ranked number one in customer loyalty in the data integration enterprise software sector for 11 years in a row.
Prior to joining Informatica, Ansa was a veteran of Sybase, where he held numerous customer services roles.
Graeme Thompson

Chief Information Officer
Graeme Thompson is senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO) of Informatica with responsibility for the strategic direction of Informatica global business solutions and technology infrastructure. Graeme’s focus is on fostering a world-class IT organization and furthering our use of Cloud, big data and other technologies to create competitive advantage, enable new revenues and aid in driving customer success.
Graeme brings more than two decades of technology and business leadership experience in IT and supply chain positions. Most recently, he was a vice president at Oracle, where he led a team of hundreds of employees in dozens of countries with end-to-end responsibility for all user-facing enterprise IT services that were utilized internally at Oracle.
Prior to Oracle, Graeme was vice president and chief information officer at BEA Systems. Before that, he was vice president, Supply Chain at Riverstone Networks.
Graeme graduated with Distinction from the University of Paisley in Scotland with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with Marketing.
Amit Walia

Chief Product Officer
Amit Walia is the Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer of Informatica, responsible for product development, product management, product marketing, and engineering.
Previously, Amit was the senior vice president and general manager for the Company’s Data Integration and Data Security business unit.
Prior to Informatica, Amit worked in leadership positions across a variety of functions at Symantec, Intuit and McKinsey & Company. He spent the earlier part of his career working for Tata Group and Infosys Technologies in India.
Amit received his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi and his MBA in Strategy, Finance and Economics from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
