Kapil Bhatia is the Executive Chairman of InterGlobe Enterprises. An early entrant in the travel industry, Mr. Bhatia began his career as Sales Manager of an IATA agency. In 1964, he founded Delhi Express Travels, which gradually developed into a group of travel related organisations. He continued as the Managing Director of Delhi Express Travels for over 25 years. InterGlobe Enterprises has grown from a single company to a formidable travel corporation as a result of Mr. Bhatia’s foresight and the confidence he displayed in his team.

Mr. Bhatia is an active member of various industry associations. He served on the Board of Directors of Andhra Bank Ltd. and Punjab National Bank, and has been the Chairman of the Tourism and Aviation Committee of the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India.

Rahul Bhatia is the Group Managing Director of InterGlobe Enterprises. He set the foundation for the enterprise in 1989 with its flagship business of Air Transport Management. He is also the Promoter, Director and Interim CEO of InterGlobe Aviation.

Mr. Bhatia holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. With more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry, it is under his able captainship that the enterprise has diversified manifold and is a preferred and trusted partner for leading travel and technology companies.

K.S. Bakshi is the Group Head – Human Resources for InterGlobe Enterprises. He is responsible for providing strategic & operational leadership to the Human Resources function and consolidating HR practices across the group.

Mr. Bakshi’s experience in Human Resources spans over 26 years across various industries. He has played a strategic role at The Oberoi Group and Bharti Airtel (Broad band & Telephone services), NCR. He has previously also worked with InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) as Vice President – Human Resources and was responsible for driving the People Agenda along with building and improving HR processes and systems.

Mr. Bakshi holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

MR. K. S. BAKSHI
GROUP HEAD – HUMAN RESOURCES, INTERGLOBE ENTERPRISES

Roland Smith is the group head of Leadership, Strategy and Development for InterGlobe Enterprises. He also serves as the Co-Chairman of the Executive Committee for the group. In this role he is responsible for the learning, development and talent building of the organisation.

Prior to his assignment at InterGlobe, Dr. Smith was the Managing Director and Senior Vice President – Asia Pacific for the Center for Creative Leadership with the responsibility for China, India/South Asia and South-East Asia. He is a recognised expert in the fields of leadership, transformation, talent sustainability and high functioning teams, and has played an instrumental role in organisational transformations and strategy refinement across the globe.

Dr. Smith holds an undergraduate degree in Finance, a master’s degree in Instructional/Educational Technology and a Ph.D. in Organisational development/Adult Education.

GROUP HEAD – LEADERSHIP, STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT, INTERGLOBE ENTERPRISES

Anil Parashar is the President and CEO of InterGlobe Technology Quotient (ITQ) – the official distributor of Travelport GDS in India and certain Asia Pacific markets. Prior to his assignment at ITQ, he was the Group CFO of InterGlobe Enterprises. He has led transformational transactions for InterGlobe including the purchase of Worldspan in India and has successfully demonstrated his financial acumen by leading InterGlobe through various stages of its evolution. He currently also serves on the Executive Committee of InterGlobe Enterprises.

Mr. Parashar is credited with over 30 years of experience including leadership positions at Swiss Air, Associated Cement Company and Delhi Express Travels. He is also a representative on PHD Chamber of Commerce, ASSOCHAM and FICCI Forums on Taxation and Travel & Tourism.

Mr. Parashar, a chartered accountant, also holds a degree in Economics (Hons.) from Delhi University.

Siddhanta Sharma is the President and CEO of InterGlobe Air Transport (IGAT). He is responsible for all the strategic decisions related to the airline management business. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director, Corporate Affairs at InterGlobe Enterprises.

Mr. Sharma, with nearly 40 years of cross-industry experience, has been instrumental in setting up and heading various projects for Indian and transnational companies. Before joining InterGlobe he was the Executive Chairman of SpiceJet, Managing Director of Westmill Foods, India (subsidiary of Associated British Foods PLC) and Country Head and Commercial Director of Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine India (subsidiary of Allied Domecq PLC).

Mr. Sharma is a science graduate, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

J.B. Singh is the President and CEO of InterGlobe Hotels (IGH). Prior to joining IGH, J.B. was the President and CEO of InterGlobe Technology Quotient (ITQ).

Mr. Singh is credited with a rich industry experience spanning over 33 years in strategic roles across various travel organisations including Worldspan, Jet Air, Jet Airways, Scandinavian Airlines and British Airways.

Mr. Singh holds a Post Graduate BTEC diploma in Management from Oxford Brookes University, U.K.

Vipul Doshi is the CEO of InterGlobe Technologies (IGT) which is the IT & BPM arm of the conglomerate. Under his leadership IGT has been recognized as one of the Top 3 IT & BPM service providers for the Travel & Hospitality industry.

Mr. Doshi has over 25 years of industry experience in technology and consulting and has been associated with reputed organisations in India and the USA such as Ernst & Young, US Interactive, BDM Technologies, Ogden Systems and Kanbay Software.

Mr. Doshi holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clemson University, USA and an MBA from George Mason University, USA.

Amit Khanna is the CEO of InterGlobe Real Estate Ventures which is the real estate arm of InterGlobe Enterprises. He is responsible for setting up and running this new line of business for InterGlobe.

Prior to his role at InterGlobe, Mr. Khanna was the Founder & CIO of ‘The Phoenix Fund’; a SEBI registered Portfolio Management Scheme which invested in multiple asset classes. He was also the Founder Director at GRAAVAA which engaged in mining, processing and retailing of natural stones and semi-precious stones. He currently serves on the advisory board of Udayan Care, an NGO for abandoned and orphaned children.

Mr. Khanna, a chartered accountant, also holds a PGPM (MBA) diploma from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and has attended the Owners President Management Program (OPM49) of Harvard Business School and graduated as an alumnus.

Pankaj Madan is the Group Chief Financial Officer of InterGlobe Enterprises. He is an integral part of the leadership team and serves on the Executive Committee of InterGlobe Enterprises, and on the Board of several group companies.

Prior to this role at InterGlobe, Mr. Madan is credited with over 27 years of industry experience as the CFO of leading organisations including IndiGo Airlines, Bharti Walmart, Cargill (Thailand) and Telstra (Singapore & India), where he was responsible for all the aspects of finance function, leading businesses in a competitive environment and providing decisive leadership to multifunctional and global teams.

Mr. Madan is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, MBA (Technology Management) from Deakin University Australia, LLB and B.Sc. (Physics) from Delhi University. In addition, he has attended several senior leadership executive programs at leading business schools worldwide.

Neena Gupta has been the Group General Counsel for InterGlobe Enterprises since 2008. She is an integral part of the leadership team and serves on the Executive Committee of InterGlobe Enterprises, and also on the board of several group companies.

Prior to joining InterGlobe, Ms. Gupta worked with AZB & Partners and J. Sagar Associates.

Ms. Gupta holds Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and History from the Delhi University. She also holds a post graduate degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the Fore School of Management, New Delhi.
