By his futuristic vision the Kanakia Group also ventured into entertainment, education and hospitality sector.

Himanshu. B. Kanakia
Managing Director

Mr. Himanshu B. Kanakia is a civil engineer by qualification; he forms an integral part of the Kanakia Group and is the energy behind the day to day management. He has contributed largely to the success of Kanakia Spaces and Cinemax with his keen focus on engineering and innovative skills in project development and film exhibition business.

Sanjay Sanghavi
Director (Operations)

A civil engineer by qualification has been associated with the Group since its inception. He oversees functions of Operations, Engineering, Planning & Design, Purchase, Contracts and Security.

Jitendra Mehta
Director (Finance, Accounts & IT)

He is a finance and management professional. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary with degree in Law. He currently heads the accounts, audit, company secretarial and Information technology functions of the Group and has been with the Kanakia Group since 2007.

Rajesh Patel
Director (Business Development)

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he looks after Business Development, Land Acquisition, Legal & Liaisoning functions. Since 2007 he has been working with the group.

Mrs. Hiral H. Kanakia is the “Head of Improvement management, Employee Relation & Human Resources” at the Kanakia Group; she is also the key managerial member of a listed company “ Cineline India Limited”.

Rupal Rasesh Kanakia
Head & Director- RBK Schools

Rupal Kanakia is the head of the school division of the diversified Kanakia Group. She is driving the primary goal of the school to create a balanced atmosphere for learning, discipline and development of character.
