As we continue to build our capabilities,
we are growing stronger as a team.
Lowe’s started its journey in India in 2014. From a small team of less than twenty people, Lowe’s India is now 1000+ strong, building our capabilities
in technology and analytics. The teams here work closely with the teams in the U.S., in what we proudly call our “one team, different locations” model.
From setting up processes in place, to building a corporate social responsibility program, from designing an employee engagement club
to making a difference to our larger home improvement business, our India story has always been all about opportunities
that our people get to explore. As we continue to build our capabilities, we are growing stronger as a team.
