He belongs to a 100 years old renowned freedom fighters and business family of Hapur, Distt. Ghaziabad. The group was founded by the dynamic and philanthropic Mr. Shiv Kumar, who because of his dynamic personality & unrelenting spirit of self entrepreneurship became well known as a Pioneer Entrepreneur of Kumaon (Young Entrepreneur award given by Jacees club). In the Business journey of 45 years we acquired experiences of different field by running businesses of - Trading of Food Grains, Sugar, Fertilizers, rice Milling, Old extraction, Social Forestry, real estate, floriculture, medical gasses, Stone Crushing etc.

He is the founder member of KGCCI (Kumaon Garhwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He was also the past Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Dehradhun and he was been awarded with “Udyog Ratna” (Highest State Award) in 2004-05, and also the “Kumaon Gaurav, Samman- 2007”.

These virtues have made him the pioneer Industrialist of Uttarakhand.

With his abilities Lalkuan Stone Crushers has expanded exponentially and has developed the technology to establish plants within minimum time and with latest technology. He has been to many places in the world to explore stone crushing activities to access the latest technology being adopted by rest of the world. He has become an expert in immediately modernizing the plants and improving the technology. Being a perfect negotiator he oversees regular purchases of consumables & raw material and his guidance helps the organization to maintain minimum inventory with no loss of production and at the same time keeping the cost low.
