- You will be fully integrated into our U.S. sales and recruiting team at MATRIX, interacting and collaborating with them heavily.
- You will have access to a great ATS and the best recruiting tools while receiving support from ethical management and welcoming teammates.
- You will have access to Office 365, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Location – Work from home
- Work timing – 6:30pm IST to 3:30am IST
- High-speed Internet at home
- A verifiable work history of successfully meeting or exceeding recruitment quotas
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience with direct clients and W2 candidates
- Ability to close candidates
