Henry de Montjoye

A graduate of Saint Cyr, Henry spent 12 very busy years in a parachute Regiment, where he was in charge of small teams specialised in intelligence research operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He then graduated from the British Army Staff College where he was able to appreciate the cultural differences in the planning and carrying out of operations. Henry was a staff Major, before deciding to embark on a new life by joining Mercuri Urval.
He has been with Mercuri Urval since 1988 and he has developed his expertise by working with different clients from industry and the service sector. He has been in charge of developing our Executive strategy in France in coordination with the group. He was also responsible for developing major international clients and taking on the leadership of certain international projects related to business transformation, identifying talented individuals and/or recruiting programmes.
Since end of 2007 he has been asked to start up our operations in India.

Kenneth Lean
Management Consultant & Certified Coach, Bangalore
Kenneth has been with Mercuri Urval since 2008, its inception in India. He has gained extensive experience in doing capability reviews, recruitment & selection, leadership mapping of senior to middle level managers. He is also a certified Business Coach and is conducting coachings successfully for few senior managers of leading MNCs in India.
Kenneth had over 14 years of experience before joining Mercuri Urval in the field of Recruitment and HR in India and the Middle East. In his last assignment he was the Vice President with a MNC organisation based in Dubai and the US. He had the opportunity in setting and managing the HR function of a software development centre for a US Multi National Company. He has experience in designing and implementing HR processes and strategies, Employee Retention Programs and Performance Management Systems.
He has done his Masters in Management from the University of Bangalore.

Reena Srivastava
Office Manager, Bangalore
As Office Manager, Reena holds responsibility for managing all Mercuri Urval India's office administration and coordination of consultants’ activities.
She is the main point of contact for clients and candidates. She is also responsible for administering the Mercuri Urval tools and capability evaluation.
She is a Graduate in Arts and holds a Masters Diploma in ‘HR and Industrial Relations’ from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
She has more than 14 years of experience in different industries. Prior to Mercuri Urval she has worked with IT, Pharma and B2B consulting firms and has hands on experience in office administration, marketing & business development activities.
She has passion for Indian light music, gardening, travelling and shopping.

Priya Lokwani
Associate Consultant, New Delhi
Priya comes with 5 years of experience in HR and Recruitment areas. She holds a MBA degree in Human Resources. In her previous assignments she has been managing the entire gamut of HR activities.
She belongs to Jaipur, The Pink City of Rajasthan, which is located in the Northern part of India.

Vidya Almad

Vidya Almad is a Business Consultant at Mercuri Urval’s Bangalore Office. She has MBA degree from Asian Institute of Management in General Management, from Philippines and Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from University of Mumbai.
She holds 5 years of work experience in talent search, Industry research, sales strategy, new business initiatives and account management for industries such as Banking & Finance Services and Technology services.

Konark Sharma

Konark is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, MBTI® Step 1 & 2 accredited administrator and Six Sigma DMAIC Green Belt with diverse experience of 15 years in Sales, Operations, Leadership Development and Talent Management.
Konark was previously employed with Wipro, where he was instrumental in transitioning and setting up a number of international projects for four of the Fortune – 500 Companies at two new off shore centers in India. Post Wipro, he has worked with international human capital consulting firms like TMI and Kenexa. His last assignment before Mercuri Urval was with dunnhumby where he led the APAC Learning & Development function and was instrumental in leading many large scale global projects
Konark is a graduate of the St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai and a First Class Masters in Organizational Behaviour from Bombay University.
Konark is passionate about Formula 1, playing snooker, squash and cooking on weekends.

Dr. Dinkar Rao

Dr. Dinkar Rao comes with over 17 years of experience in Sales management including 9 years in consulting for a global sales management training and consulting firm. He is interested in philosophy and Hindustani classical music and is a guitarist. Dinkar is also actively involved in helping children from economically weaker society develop their talents.

Pavithra Ponnappa

Pavithra joined the Bangalore office of Mercuri Urval in July 2013 as a Recruitment Analyst. A keen and quick learner, she is involved in supporting consultants in India in delivery of recruitment projects.
Pavithra holds an MBA in Human Resource and Entrepreneurial Development from Mount Carmel Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Shwetabh Jha

Shwetabh comes with 11 years of experience in Strategic HR Consulting, having worked with leading international consulting firms like Mercer, Gallup, Accenture, IBM and Capgemini. His last role was with Right Management India where he worked as Associate Vice president and India Practice Leader, Employee Engagement.

Karthikeyan J.

Karthikeyan is a Senior Business Consultant in Mercuri Urval. He has 22 years of experience in developing and managing business in consulting. His consulting career includes stints in PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) & Grow Talent later acquired by Right Management. Karthikeyan was VP Consulting Services in Right Management before joining Mercuri Urval.
