SCOTT CRUM
Chief Human Resources OfficerScott Crum, Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer, leads MSCI’s global Human Resources team. He reports to Chairman and CEO Henry Fernandez and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Scott joined MSCI in 2014 after serving as Head of Global Human Resources for three publically traded companies, including ITT Corporation, where he held the top job for eight years. Before that, he was Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for Motorola Mobility Holdings and Senior Vice President of Administration and Employee Resources for General Instrument Corporation.
With a broad, global background in all functional aspects of Human Resources, Scott has a record of success in executive recruiting, talent and leadership development, cultural change, labor and employee relations, inclusion and diversity, board governance, Lean Six Sigma and strategic planning.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial relations from Southern Methodist University.
