Mike Medcalfe heads up the global professional services group for Navis. He has over 20 years experience building and running services organizations for software companies in the containerisation, marine terminal and liner shipping industries. Prior to joining Navis, Mike was Vice President Professional Services EMEA for Embarcadero Systems where he established and ran their European operation in Rotterdam. His other experiences include developing the consulting services for Categoric Software, a BPM solution provider, and Managing Director UK for Qiva, where he led their liner shipping software division.

Julian Roca brings more than 20 years of professional and executive-level experience to Navis. Prior to Navis, Julian was Senior Leader for Payroll Systems at Intuit in Nevada. He also was an Executive Vice President, Global Applications at CB Richard Ellis. Prior to that, Julian was Vice President and General Manager, Investment Products and Distribution at Citibank. Julian has held progressively responsible positions at Wells Fargo Bank, ending with Senior Vice President, Consumer Credit Systems and Operations.

Julian Roca
Vice President, Customer Migrations

Scott Holland leads the Navis Product Management organization. He brings 23 years of experience in terminal operating systems design, development and product management to his current role. Prior to joining Navis, Scott was Vice President, Intermodal Solutions at RMI, a GE transportation company. He was responsible for management of the intermodal solutions division in Austin, Texas, with direct oversight for product strategy, research, development, services and project management for the TOS and business intelligence products.

Scott Holland
Vice President, Product Management

Bob Fortelka brings to Navis 30 years of experience managing large engineering teams with deep expertise in project management, running quality testing and process improvement programs. His responsibilities now include managing Navis’ engineering, release management, quality testing and product acceptance testing to ensure the development and delivery of world class software. Before joining Navis in 2012, Bob was the Managing Principal of the CTO and Quartz Consulting Groups where he provided guidance to companies in market and product planning, product development, product support, quality management, information technology, customer service and professional services. His software experience includes executive positions while running product operations for companies delivering information retrieval, application generator, enterprise job scheduling and systems management software solutions. Bob has also lead product operations that delivered ERP, wholesale distribution and retail back office pre-packaged application. His quality management and customer care consulting experiences have included working with email, event management, innovation and systems management vendors. Bob has also worked with companies such as Rolls-Royce, Dana Corporation, Bank of America and Aegis Media revitalizing their quality management approaches, frameworks, processes and organizational structures.

Bob Fortelka
Vice President, Product Operations and Chief Quality Officer

Scott has over 20 years’ experience developing supply chain, business case and business intelligence strategies across industries. His areas of expertise include supply chain strategy formulation, business case development, program management, business process design, and organizational change management. He has significant experience with the design, implementation and management of both custom and packaged software solutions including both planning and transactional systems. Prior to joining Navis, Scott served in a variety of executive roles at companies like GT Nexus, Symphony Technology Group, Manugistics and Accenture. Scott has worked with clients across industries including Hewlett Packard, Diageo, Kodak, APL, Toll Group, UPS, and AbbVie.

Vice President, Optimization and Analytics

Rob Dillon serves as Navis' Vice President of Finance and brings more than 15 years of experience in business finance, accounting and audit. He is responsible for worldwide financing strategy, forecasting, budgeting and capital planning. Rob previously oversaw accounting and finance at Lennar Corporation, where he managed a $7 billion annual P&L and over $4 billion of assets. Prior to Lennar, Rob was with Ernst & Young LLP. He is a certified public accountant. He is licensed as a certified public accountant in the State of California.

Rob Dillon
Vice President, Finance

Kelly Cole brings more than 25 years’ experience managing a variety of operations functions, including sales, engineering, and business operations to his role as head of operations for Navis. His responsibilities now include overseeing engineering, global customer operations, customer advocacy, the program management office and product quality initiatives designed to improve the customer experience. Before joining Navis in 2005, Kelly helped to build a start-up internet security software company, Sanctum, as the head of operations. Prior to this, Kelly ran business operations for Responsys, a SAAS provider involved in permission marketing. Kelly’s other experiences include leading the global sales operations team for Hyperion and various operational roles with software companies.

Scott Peoples leads sales and professional services for Navis. He has an extensive background in building sales and services organizations. Prior to joining Navis, Scott served as Vice President in charge of the North American Solution Centers organization for PeopleSoft. PeopleSoft's Solution Centers reduced the cost and complexity of how software solutions are installed, implemented and upgraded. Scott was Vice President at Commerce One, where he ran the Western Region Global Services organization and led several initiatives to significantly improve customer satisfaction. Scott has successfully managed large software implementation projects and professional services organizations at American Management Systems and Radian International.

Robert Inchausti brings 28 years of software and product development experience combined with his more than 20 years of maritime industry at Navis. At Navis, Robert has held numerous individual contributor and leadership positions including software engineering and management, professional services and product management, where he was a lead contributor developing what is today the global software standard for marine container terminal operators, SPARCS N4. Over the years, Robert has worked closely with many of the world’s leading container terminal operators helping them deploy the advanced technologies they need to optimize their operations. Robert now leads new technology and innovation efforts working to develop future solutions

Andy Barrons is responsible for Navis Marketing, Product Management and Corporate Strategy. Prior to joining Navis, Andy was Vice President Marketing for INTTRA, the world's leading web portal for ocean containerized freight, where he created a more customer centric strategic marketing capability for the company. Earlier in his career, he spent over fifteen years at the Financial Times, leading marketing and BD for the FT in Europe & North America. In these positions, Andy led key initiatives to expand FT media including the re-launch of the FT in North America.
