The Novartis Group has established the Novartis Foundation for Sustainable Development (NFSD) which, in turn, set up the Novartis Comprehensive Leprosy Care Association together with Novartis India Limited. Our project in the area of leprosy has led to a dramatic impact in its operational areas and many of the modalities have been successfully adopted by the government and other NGOs. |

Novartis Hyderabad takes Corporate Citizenship and Diversity & Inclusion very seriously. Through our ‘Rainbow’ community partnership program, we encourage associates to contribute, both financially and through volunteerism – to the community. Most recently, Rainbow has tied up with the Naandi foundation in support of their ‘adopt a girl child’ program. |

Novartis Hyderabad also believes in the value of a strong work-life balance. A state-of-the-art gym, a crèche and day-care center, together with a well-equipped recreation room and a number of spacious break-out areas allow associates the best of work, family, health and peace of mind. In addition, our ‘enLIVEen’ initiative makes work more fun with competitions, quizzes and celebrations and other fun events all year round. |

The program works to provide access to health education and to affordable medicines in a sustainable way. From 2010 to 2013, the program reached more than 10 million people with health education in India, with expansion in late 2012 and 2013 to other countries around the world. |
