As the CEO and Founder of Opteamix, Tony brings with him extensive experience in executive leadership functions in the Global IT services Industry since 1980. Tony is responsible for providing the vision and the direction to Opteamix’s business strategy. Tony’s vision for Opteamix is to build an organization which focuses on the unique situation of each client and work towards establishing efficiencies without compromises. He is a keen advocate of using global delivery for delivering IT services and truly believes that Opteamix provides a differentiated global delivery experience to our clients.

Before starting Opteamix, Tony was the Corporate Executive Vice President for CIBER Inc., where he was responsible for North American Operations and Global Delivery). Prior to CIBER, Tony was the founder and CEO for Q-DATA’s business in the USA (An $800 million global IT services, company in South Africa – now Business Connexion).

Tony started his IT career as a Systems Analyst after qualifying in Computer Sciences from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.

Raghurama Kote (known as Kote) is a serial entrepreneur and visionary with a proven track record of translating business vision into measurable actions. He is known for his expertise in building and managing large Global Delivery Centers. As the COO of Opteamix, Kote plays a key role in determining the company’s strategy and manages a number of key functions.

Kote believes in the philosophy of treating each person exactly the way, he would like to be treated and has inculcated the same principle in his day to day business operations. Simplicity, integrity and the ability to carry his team along with him have not only helped Kote achieve greater heights in his business, but also in mentoring successful leaders.

Kote’s keen sense of business acumen is an outcome of his leadership roles as the President of India for NYSE listed CIBER Inc., CEO and Founder of Iteamic and Senior Partner at Ivega Corporation. Kote has a degree in Computer Science and Engineering with over two decades of IT experience and global delivery.
