As the CEO and Founder of Opteamix, Tony brings with him extensive experience in executive leadership functions in the Global IT services Industry since 1980. Tony is responsible for providing the vision and the direction to Opteamix’s business strategy. Tony’s vision for Opteamix is to build an organization which focuses on the unique situation of each client and work towards establishing efficiencies without compromises. He is a keen advocate of using global delivery for delivering IT services and truly believes that Opteamix provides a differentiated global delivery experience to our clients.

Before starting Opteamix, Tony was the Corporate Executive Vice President for CIBER Inc., where he was responsible for North American Operations and Global Delivery). Prior to CIBER, Tony was the founder and CEO for Q-DATA’s business in the USA (An $800 million global IT services, company in South Africa – now Business Connexion).

Tony started his IT career as a Systems Analyst after qualifying in Computer Sciences from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.

Raghurama Kote (known as Kote) is a serial entrepreneur and visionary with a proven track record of translating business vision into measurable actions. He is known for his expertise in building and managing large Global Delivery Centers. As the COO of Opteamix, Kote plays a key role in determining the company’s strategy and manages a number of key functions.

Kote believes in the philosophy of treating each person exactly the way, he would like to be treated and has inculcated the same principle in his day to day business operations. Simplicity, integrity and the ability to carry his team along with him have not only helped Kote achieve greater heights in his business, but also in mentoring successful leaders.

Kote’s keen sense of business acumen is an outcome of his leadership roles as the President of India for NYSE listed CIBER Inc., CEO and Founder of Iteamic and Senior Partner at Ivega Corporation. Kote has a degree in Computer Science and Engineering with over two decades of IT experience and global delivery.

Raghurama Kote

Niyogi is an energetic go getter, with 18 years of experience in Information Technology and Client Services. In his role as Head of Sales, Niyogi is responsible for new client acquisition, business development and relationship management. Niyogi is an expert in delivering value to clients by understanding client’s objectives and applying the principles of Global Delivery. He has successfully led and driven global sales cycles for complex long-term IT deals with multi-disciplinary distributed pursuit teams. His key strengths include strategy, IT sales, business planning and execution and managing client relationships at the CXO level.

Prior to Opteamix, Niyogi served as Senior Vice President – Client Services at CIBER following the acquisition of Iteamic Private Limited, a company he co-founded in 2003 and for which he served as a Senior Partner.

Niyogi has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Mysore and also has undergone an Executive Management Program from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Senior Vice President – Head of Sales

Shrinivas Ramanujan (Rama) is responsible for managing solution and service delivery at Opteamix. In this role, Rama is responsible for leading and managing a high performance team that ensures exceptional service delivery through efficient implementation of technology and process and is directed at ensuring customer delight across all engagements. Rama brings over 20 years of experience in IT service delivery, program management, software development, client management and is a big proponent of using Agile methodology for global delivery.

Prior to Opteamix, Rama was a Delivery Director with CIBER and he played a pivotal role in managing CIBER's US West Coast clients and in establishing agile methodology as part of IT Service Delivery. Earlier in his career, Rama worked with companies such as Wipro, Siemens, Hexaware Technologies and Aptech in critical roles.

Rama is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Practitioner and Agile Practice Lead. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from National Institute of Technology (Raipur, India) and an MBA graduate from TAPMI – TA Pai Management Institute (Manipal, India).

Vinay Narayana Swamy is responsible for Business Solutions which includes Marketing and Transition at Opteamix. In his role as Head of Marketing, he is responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies and Go-To-Market initiatives. Additionally, he also works closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure new client transition is smooth and efficient. Vinay brings with him expertise in Banking, Financial Services and e-Commerce domains. His past roles have given him rich and diverse experience in areas of Marketing, Transition & Migration, Business Analysis, Solution Design, and Research activities.

Prior to Opteamix, Vinay was with CIBER where he established offshore pre-sales support team and a market research team at offshore which was responsible for preparing analytical reports on clients, competitors and the industry in general. Vinay has worked in critical positions with Siemens, Infosys and Thomson Reuters.

Vinay holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, an MBA in Marketing from University of Mysore and a Certificate in Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI).

Prashanth Balakrishna is the Director of Delivery at Opteamix. In this role, he is responsible for delivery of IT solutions and services, building the Analytics Practice and strengthening the Analyst Centre of Excellence (ACE). Prashanth has over 18 years of IT delivery and consulting experience with leading global organizations and is a big proponent of using Centers of Excellence model to build technical and delivery competencies and has experience setting up mature centers of excellence for Analytics, Business Analysis, Software Development and QA in his previous engagements.

Prashanth has held leadership roles at Target, a Fortune 50 retail organization and has extensive IT consulting, program delivery and change management experience with Keane (now NTT Data) a global IT services firm. During his career Prashanth has worked extensively with senior management in business and IT across USA and Europe and managed globally distributed teams to deliver multi-year enterprise transformational programs in Retail, Financial Services, Telecom and Manufacturing domains.

Prashanth holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from University of Mysore and an MBA from S.P Jain Institute of Management & Research.
