Vishal Mahadevia is a Managing Director of Warburg Pincus India Private Limited and focuses on Warburg Pincus investment activities in India. He has over 15 years of private equity investing experience and was previously with Greenbriar Equity Group, a fund focused on the transportation sector. Prior to that, Mr. Mahadevia worked at Three Cities Research, Inc., a New York based private equity fund, and as a consultant with McKinsey & Co.

Michael Graff served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Bombardier Aerospace before joining Warburg Pincus in 2003. He is a managing director at Warburg Pincus, currently involved with the firm’s leveraged buy-out and special situations activities, focusing primarily on the industrial sector. Previously, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company in New York, London and Pittsburgh. He received an A.B. in economics from Harvard College, and an M.S. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

As a member of the QuEST Board, Michael Propen (Mike) positions QuEST Global’s engineering and manufacturing services through his high-level interactions. He also counsels QuEST Global in talent acquisitions, defining the technology road map, and advising on potential acquisition and integration of these new entities into QuEST Global. Prior to joining QuEST Global in 2002, Mike held the position of Corporate Vice President Technology & Program Management at Honeywell International.

Ajit Prabhu provides the vision and strategic direction for the growth of QuEST Global, which he co-founded in 1997. Ajit is passionate about organizational development and he constantly ponders over how to build a sustainable and a scalable company; an institution that can stand the test of time. He has been responsible for the company’s phenomenal growth in a short span of 17 years. From a small 100 sq ft office in Schenectady in 1997, QuEST Global has grown to an organization with more than 6900 employees operating from 34 centers across the world. Ajit’s determination, ability to open up new market space, dynamism and passion to understand customer challenges has enabled QuEST Global to establish a leadership position in most of its service offerings.

Aravind Melligeri is Board Member of QuEST Global. He is responsible for balancing growth and stability through acquisitions, partnerships and strategic alliances. He focuses on long-term and strategic needs for building QuEST Global into an organization that provides efficient global delivery capabilities. Aravind's ability to sense new opportunities and 'quest' for exploring out of the box ideas has given the company a competitive edge – QuEST Global's foray into Design & Build as an extension of Engineering Services is an example of this, as well as the setting up of QuEST Global's precision engineering SEZ in Belgaum (Karnataka, INDIA) for developing the first of its kind Aerospace supply chain ecosystem in India.
