Ram has presided over QuisLex’s rapid growth since its inception and has over 15 years of experience providing high-quality services to his clients in a variety of settings. Prior to joining QuisLex, Ram spent eight years advising clients on corporate and M&A transactions with Skadden Arps and Sidley Austin in New York. Prior to joining Sidley, Ram worked as a Project Manager for a multi-national consulting company, managing projects for large financial services clients. Ram received his Masters in Law from Columbia University School of Law, his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Madras.
Chief Executive Officer
Sirisha has been at the intersection of law and quality for over a decade. She is responsible for managing our team of permanent attorneys, as well as our teams of Six Sigma black belts, quality analysts, process experts, statisticians and linguists, and oversees all aspects of QuisLex’s operations. She has over 15 years of experience advising boards of directors, corporate and other clients on a variety of matters. Prior to joining QuisLex, Sirisha was the Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Quest Diagnostics where, in addition to her legal portfolio, she was responsible for Six Sigma. Sirisha also spent nine years at Shearman & Sterling where she advised clients on corporate matters, including M&A and corporate finance transactions. She received her Masters in Law degree from Northwestern University School of Law and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Madras.
Chief Operating Officer
Michel leads our technology, security and data protection efforts, and was instrumental in QuisLex being the first LPO to obtain internationally recognized certifications in those areas. Michel also leads our technology innovation group, utilizing cutting edge technology to provide optimized solutions for our clients. He has over 20 years of experience in risk management and in designing, building and deploying mission critical applications for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining QuisLex, he was Vice President and Senior Architect of Risk Management at JP Morgan Chase. Michel holds Masters of Engineering degrees in Computer Science and Operations Research from Columbia University.
Chief Technology Officer & Senior Vice President, Client Solutions
David works with clients to design unique, efficient and cost-effective solutions for their contracting and compliance-related challenges. David comes to QuisLex with over 20 years of law firm experience, including as a partner at Shearman & Sterling and Paul Hastings , where his practice focused on negotiating and structuring complex technology transactions. He has continually been recognized for his expertise in the field of technology and outsourcing transactions by Chambers USA and Legal 500 and is the author of “Intellectual Property in Mergers & Acquisitions,” a leading guide on the handling of intellectual property issues in corporate transactions. David received his B.S. in electrical engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Arts and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
Vice President, Legal Services
Phil began his legal career as an associate in the antitrust department at Skadden, Arps in New York, where he gained significant experience managing large-scale document reviews pursuant to both government investigations and private litigations, writing legal briefs, preparing for depositions and overseeing all aspects of discovery. At QuisLex, he oversees the supervision of its litigation services, manages client relationships, designs and implements litigation training programs, and helps refine processes for the effective completion of complex matters. He received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and earned a B.A. with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Vice President, Legal Services
Sailaja designs and builds workflows and project plans for QuisLex’s clients, and is responsible for ensuring project delivery in line with client requirements. She actively manages projects in a variety of areas, including contracts negotiation, contracts review and analysis, M&A due diligence, post-merger integration and legal research, and works with clients from a wide array of industries. Before joining QuisLex, Sailaja worked with a law firm handling IP related matters and practiced in the Delhi High Court. She received her LL.B. degree from Amity Law School, Delhi, where she graduated first in her class.
Associate Vice President, Client Solutions
Andrew has over 15 years of experience actively managing and supervising large-scale, complex document reviews in numerous industries and practice areas. He has trained multiple large teams on document review and creating privilege logs, and is currently responsible for spearheading QuisLex’s litigation training programs. He also manages key aspects of QuisLex’s client and vendor relationships. Andrew frequently speaks on topics related to e-discovery and legal project management. He received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and earned a B.A. with honors from the University of Michigan.
Associate Vice President, Litigation Services
Mr. Beschloss has more than 12 years of experience developing discovery and critical document workflow solutions for law firm and corporate clients. Adam has served as a solutions architect for Fortune 500 clientele, and has substantial experience coordinating eDiscovery engagements for insurance, manufacturing, banking, healthcare and law firm clients. Client engagements included digital evidence recovery, e-data processing, review workflow and production management, document hosting, and large-scale imaging and coding. Prior to joining QuisLex, Adam was a Director in the Risk Consulting practice of a Big 4 consulting firm, the Director of Product Development for a forensic data processing company, and a Principal Consultant in the services division of a global technology company.
Executive Director, Client Solutions
Mr. Yasin has significant experience advising UK and EU-based corporates and law firms in e-disclosure strategy and execution. Prior to joining QuisLex, Umar began his career at Thomson Reuters in London and worked for a leading UK forensics and e-discovery consultancy managing forensic technology and e-disclosure requirements. His experience includes a wide range of matters including dawn raids, regulatory requests, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation including managing cross-border data collections and review. Mr. Yasin received his Bachelor of Laws from Liverpool, completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, London, and was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn.

Jack Bond’s legal career spans 25 years in litigation support roles for leading law firms in both the US and UK, including pioneering the first ever litigation support role at the UK offices of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene and MacRae. Mr. Bond has a well-earned reputation within the London legal market, and is widely regarded as one of the leading eDisclosure experts in the City.
Jack is one of the founding members of LiST(“Litigation Support Technology Group“), the group responsible for implementing the Data Exchange Protocol which forms part of CPR31 and provides a “go to” platform to assist litigation support managers in their roles. Jack is regularly invited to speak at conferences and seminars in New York and London.
