The Story of Resilinc

Resilinc was founded in 2010 by ex-Cisco supply chain risk management practitioners to develop better end-to-end supply chain risk management (SCRM) via state-of-the-art cloud, mobile, social media, analytics and visualization technologies.

Today, industry leaders such as HP, EMC (high-tech), Amgen, Millipore (life sciences), GM, and Delphi (automotive), rely on Resilinc’s portfolio of turnkey SCRM solutions to mitigate risks and address compliance challenges, while achieving long-term competitive advantage and building both brand and shareholder value.

In 2011, Resilinc launched SupplyIntel™ which is now the leading cloud-based solution for supply chain resilience and risk management analytics. By mid-2014, Resilinc expanded the product footprint to include conflict minerals compliance, business continuity planning (BCP), supplier capacity management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Resilinc is headquartered in Silicon Valley (Milpitas, CA) and maintains sales offices in Milpitas, San Diego, Raleigh-Durham (NC) and Chicago and an engineering/operations facility in Pune, India.

Key alliances include KPMG and RGP which provide supply chain consulting and service delivery.

Resilinc’s core technology partner is Salesforce.com, leveraging Force.com’s mission-critical information confidentiality, integrity and availability service levels along with the data center carrier-level support (including disaster recovery and backup services). Resilinc has passed Salesforce’s stringent privacy compliance certifications and audits and supports Salesforce1 Lightning mobile functionality.

Investors in Resilinc include well-respected Silicon Valley veterans such as Shasta Ventures and Inventus Capital.
