Schlumberger Pune hosts the Business Systems Support function that provides support to existing group-wide, engineering business systems applications. Some of the key systems being supported include Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) application suite, Product Data Management System, Material and Supplier Data Management, Process Documentation, Project Management Systems, Portfolio Manager Applications and Product Development Databases.

Key functions include providing end-user daily support, identifying and fixing defects in the system, supporting enhancements, training end-users, using remedy ticketing system, upgrading server and technology, and using ALM (Application Management Suite).
