The company was established in 1990 as a premium manufacturer of pharmaceutical containers, made of neutral glass tubing in INDIA, under the name of KAISHA MANUFACTURERS PVT. LTD. In 2008, it started a co-operation with SCHOTT, an International technology group, and one of the worlds leading manufacturers of pharmaceutical packaging, with headquarters in MAINZ, GERMANY.

For us, at SCHOTT POONAWALLA, “QUALITY” is not the most important thing. It is the only thing. Dedication, patience, and hard work, with not just the desire to meet the standards, excel in them, but to raise the bar forever. To set the standards that others will follow. With this in mind we continuously invest into our plants, and in cutting edge technology, that just doesn’t meet the needs of our customers, it betters them.

We believe in not finding customers for our products, but in finding products for our customers. Innovation, passion, and above all a 25 year plus track record, has ensured that our customers turn to us with new ideas and expect solutions. This has led us to be amongst the first in the world to introduce new products like nested sterile vials and cartridges, over and above our existing portfolio for sterile nested syringes.

With our now 4-year-old state of the art facility for ampoule and vial production in Jambusar, GUJARAT, SCHOTT POONAWALLA, produces around 2.5 billion pieces per annum.
