Mrs Leelavathi, B.A., is a professional in community development associated with LEAD INDIA; she is also a social community development leader at Vinukonda, Guntur-Dist, Andhrapradesh. She was elected to the Board of directors in December 2000. From 1996 to 1999, Mrs Leelavathi was associated with strategic operations of the company in expansion mode, where she played a leading role in the development of all policy matters. She is a member of the editorial boards of all corporate Affairs and the Journal of company Agriculture magazine. She is an elected member of the LEAD INDIA Programs. In 2009, Mrs. Leelavathi was appointed Chair person for entire SIVASHAKTHI GROUP OF COMPANIES.

Born in Andhrapradesh, he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Nagarjuna University, Andhrapradesh, India. Prior to joining Shivashakthi in 1996, he held leadership positions at EUREKA Forbes, Inc. At Shivashakthi, he rose through the ranks in the marketing function, holding different leadership positions driving business in different locations. He was also entrusted the responsibility of handling the Production Portfolio, wherein he set up new production facilities and streamlined the existing ones. Over a period of time, he set the overall strategy and directed operations for 54 branches in 18 states. He led the India wide senior management team as they drove business results to create value for SHIVASHAKTHI’s and its shareholders.

Mr. Nandigama Srinivasa Rao

He was elected to the board of directors of Navabharat and Company in 2011. A native of Andhrapradesh, India, he received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Nagarjuna University in 1985 and He also completed the advanced management program at VJIM Graduate School of Business, Andhrapradesh, in 2013. KN Rao joined SHIVASHAKTHI in 1996. During his career, he has served as General Manager, vice president- sales & Operations, of both the company’s agricultural systems division and the company’s water heaters Division. He was elected vice president in 2009 and senior vice president in 2010. He was elevated to the position of a director and elected to the company’s board of directors in 2011. KN Rao is a member of the board of SIVASHAKTHI and Navabharath Fertilizers. He is a member of the boards of many other companies. Prior to joining SIVASHAKTHI in 1996, KN Rao held good positions at EUREKA Forbes and in a renowned real estate Company.
