Russ Fradin has been SunGard’s president and chief executive officer since late May 2011, when he also became a member of SunGard’s board of directors. Before joining SunGard, he was chairman and chief executive officer of Aon Hewitt. Mr. Fradin oversaw the successful September 2010 merger between Aon Consulting and Hewitt Associates, having been chief executive officer of Hewitt since 2006. Previously, he served as chief executive officer of the BISYS Group, Inc., and also held various executive positions at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). His most recent position at ADP was president of ADP’s Global Employer Services business. In addition, he worked many years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he was a senior partner. He holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mike Borman joined SunGard as chief executive officer, SunGard Public Sector in December 2012. Mike came to SunGard after more than 30 years at IBM. Over the span of his IBM career, he held several senior management positions, including vice president of worldwide software sales. He also served as general manager of five different IBM businesses, including the i-Series unit (previously the AS/400), IBM Global Business Partners, the UNIX business, and regional business units in Asia Pacific and the Midwest U.S. More recently, outside of IBM, Mike served as the CEO of two public companies – Avocent Corporation and Blue Coat Systems – and was the president and chief operating officer of another public company: Blue Martini Software. Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School, majoring in Finance, Strategy and Management.

Regina Brab joined SunGard in late January 2013. Regina came to SunGard with more than 30 years of experience in the area of Human Resources strategy, employee benefits consulting and administration. She spent much of her career at Aon Hewitt, where she most recently was senior partner and east region managing director. In that capacity, Regina managed the firm’s relationship with many of its most prominent clients, partnering with them on outsourcing implementations, large consulting projects, mergers and acquisitions and other significant business transformations. Prior to AON Hewitt, she was a senior consultant with Coopers & Lybrand. She holds a BS from Cornell University.

Vince Coppola has been senior vice president of Global Business Services & Technology, since late December 2011. Mr. Coppola joined SunGard in August of 2011 as SunGard’s senior vice president of Operations. Mr. Coppola has overall responsibility in SunGard Financial Systems for technology, global solution centers and managed services/BPO, as well as developing and executing strategies for improving operational efficiency and driving margin improvements for all of SunGard. He also leads the continual cost improvement/Lean program for Financial Systems, Public Sector and K-12 Education. Mr. Coppola came to SunGard after three years at Hewitt Associates, where he held various executive positions in on/offshore operations, technology, shared services and new product development. He also led Hewitt's margin improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Hewitt, Mr. Coppola worked at ADP, Inc. for 24 years, where he held senior management positions in finance, international, operations and global sales leadership at Brokerage services. Mr. Coppola holds a BBA in Marketing and an MBA in Finance, both from Temple University.

Harold Finders has been chief executive officer, Financial Systems, since late November 2010 and served as division chief executive officer, Financial Systems, since April 2007. Mr. Finders is responsible for business strategy, profitability and growth. Since joining SunGard in 1996 with the acquisition of NCS Financial Systems, Mr. Finders has held various senior management positions. Previously, he held senior positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and led the divestment of its private banking software business, subsequently taking the role of managing director and then selling the business to NCS in 1994. Mr. Finders, who has many years experience in global, multi-cultural business environments, is fluent in English, French, German and Dutch, and holds an MBA-equivalent from the University of Lausanne.

Mr. Neral has more than three decades of technology industry leadership in software, finance and operations. He has held both domestic and international finance positions and has worked for both publicly and privately held companies. He also has extensive experience in strategic financial planning, product pricing, mergers and acquisitions, tax, treasury, investor relations, organizational development and financial controls. Most recently, Mr. Neral was chief financial officer of SafeNet, a cyber-security company, from 2009 to 2012. Previously he served as vice president of finance for IBM’s worldwide software business where he was responsible for global financial planning and analysis, business controls and business development and helped lead significant organic and acquisitive growth for IBM. Prior to assuming his position of vice president of finance at IBM, Mr. Neral served in a variety of financial roles across IBM’s Sales, Server and Global Services organizations, including executive roles in Asia Pacific and at IBM corporate headquarters. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from New York University.

George Pepper became acting head of SunGard K-12 Education in December 2012. George has been with SunGard K-12 Education for over 30 years. His most recent position was SVP of Operations, where he led the program development and technical support teams, as well as the computer engineering and SaaS groups. Previously, George held a variety of positions in systems design and development, implementation, training and customer service. George earned his bachelor’s degree in social science from Edinboro University and completed post-graduate work in computer science at Moravian College.

Steven Silberstein joined SunGard in late August 2012. As chief technology officer of SunGard’s software and processing businesses, he is responsible for the development and execution of its technology strategy. Mr. Silberstein has a successful record of building and operating high performance software-based technology businesses, as well as architecting solutions to challenging technical problems in financial services. Most recently, he was chief information officer and head of operations for Chi-X Global, operating in Tokyo, Singapore and Toronto. Previously, he was a managing director at Lehman Brothers, where he served as the global head of its Prime Brokerage product, responsible for the Quantitative Prime Brokerage, Product Management, Clearing, Custody and Servicing aspects of the business. Prior to that, he was chief information officer of the firm’s Global Equities Division, where he co-led Lehman Brothers’ move into electronic and quantitative execution, as well as the deployment of its LX ATS platform and other internalization products. Before Lehman Brothers, Mr. Silberstein ran FAME Information Services, a leading provider of decision support solutions, which was acquired by SunGard in 2004. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Victoria Silbey has been senior vice president, legal and chief legal officer since 2006 and vice president, legal and general counsel from 2005 to 2006. From 1997 to 2005, Ms. Silbey held various legal positions with SunGard, including vice president, legal and assistant general counsel from 2004 to 2005. From 1991 to 1997, she was a lawyer with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Silbey holds a JD from Cornell Law School, an M. Phil. in History from Oxford University and a BA in History from Cornell University.

Andrew Stern has been chief executive officer, Availability Services, since June 2010. Prior to joining SunGard, Mr. Stern was chairman and chief executive officer of USinternetworking Inc. (USi), an application service provider that was acquired by AT&T in 2006. Subsequently, he led AT&T’s hosting and application services business. Earlier in his career he was a partner with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, an international management and technology consulting firm, and also was executive vice president, strategic planning at insurer USF&G Corporation. Mr. Stern holds a BS in electrical engineering and computer science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
