Hanzan George

Hanzan possesses a vast and vivid experience of 14+ years in managing and delivering technical projects, running SLA driven engagements, working with cross continent clients along with outstanding people management and communication skills. Prior to joining Suyati, he was associated with Lupe Technologies Pvt Ltd, where he led a team of 22+ members for the Offshore Development Center for a US based non-profit organization running a world-wide television channel. He also defined and implemented agile processes and tools for running a distributed global team, which works 24×7.
As the Program Director of Suyati, Hanzan combines his rich experience and exposure in leading, fostering and mentoring an enthusiastic team of 150+ high-energy professionals and aims at transforming them into successful leaders in the areas of CRM, CMS, ecommerce, Social Media, and Open Source Technologies.
In addition to managing multiple tasks and involving in numerous day-to-day meetings, Hanzan loves to spend his leisure time reading the works of Ram Charan, Peter Drucker and so on. His reading habit spans from management books to technical and spiritual reads. He affirms that he loves to code even now. Hanzan holds a coveted Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Systems – both from BITS Pilani, India.

Anoop George
Director | Marketing Manager

Effervescent, dynamic, and always on the move, Anoop’s experience spans multiple continents and verticals. Prior to joining Suyati, he was associated with Kalki Communication Technologies, India, where he was responsible for the Sales & Marketing of IT Software solutions for the Power Generation Industry. Here, he drove close tie-ups with elite bodies such as Central Power Research Institute of India, The Energy & Resources Institute, and various other IPPs, as well as Government Designate Consumers.
At Suyati, Anoop combines his rich international exposure and his love for people, while creating customer delight at every point of interaction. His forte is breaking down problems, and providing innovative solutions for them. In short, he identifies customers’ pain points and delivers optimal answers in no time.
Anoop is a master of multitasking; except when he is playing with his daughter. He reads when he gets that rare quiet moment, with interests that range from Walter Isaacson to Ruchir Sharma or Robert Kiyosaki. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum, an MSc in Advanced Digital Systems from University of Hertfordshire, UK, and a coveted Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.

S Karthikeyan
Director | CTO

Karthikeyan, or SK as he is better known, has 15+ years of experience in designing, leading and delivering world-class software solutions. He has worked on cutting edge technologies, at leading companies such as Microsoft, HCL and Fifth Gear. The opportunity to build technically complex solutions is what runs through his mind all day, and probably keeps him awake at night!
Whether he is challenged to ramp up a new team or accelerate productivity of the existing teams, SK does it all without batting an eyelid. He is the man behind embedding strong work ethics and drilling in the importance of collaboration and teamwork at Suyati. He is also the real force that encourages people in the company to do extensive R&D in the latest technologies. SK ensures that experimentation and innovation continue unfettered at Suyati.
Apart from being hooked to work and running from meetings to meetings, SK loves reading, playing chess or watching a game of Basketball. But his true passions are travel and automobiles. He completed his Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Bharathiar University, and holds an Advanced Certificate in Information Technology Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.

Revathi Krishna
Director

Revathi’s skills have been honed over 10+ years in the IT, Business, Consulting and Entrepreneurship space. She has delivered solutions to universities, as well as diverse businesses like automotive, PR and marketing, and IT and insurance firms. As an IT consultant, she has also been a preferred vendor to Fortune 500 clients such as Charles Schwab, and Eli Lilly. She is an avid blogger, and has been in love with the written word ever since she can remember. This innate talent, along with smart management and intuitive client engagement skills, has seen her nurture Content Crossroads to the 4 million+ word company it is today. She is an ace at content solutions that help companies thrive in the Internet age.
When not managing writers and clients from various corners of the globe, she is writing for her personal blog. In between, she juggles being a full time mother to two very active girls, and dreaming up ideas for her book. Revathi has a Bachelor’s Degree in English, and a Master’s Degree in Business.

Vincent N P
Director | HR Manager

Vincent, one of Suyati’s key pillars of success, has more than 20 years of extensive experience in Human Resources. In fact, the company attributes its impressively low attrition rate to his well-developed HR policies that keep employees deeply gratified. Vincent encourages an atmosphere that helps employees express themselves.
He has evolved his ideas from multiple industries, developing teams across continents, with companies such as Fifth Gear and Himachal Futuristic Communications. He has been instrumental in building the team from 9 to 100+, as well as creating Suyati’s forward looking HR policies in talent acquisition, development and retention, employee engagement, and rewards. Perhaps, his most appreciated contributions are on institutionalizing family-work-life balance, fun @ work, performance management systems, and e-Learning initiatives.
Vincent is an active proponent of the Scrum way of working. He hates being tied to his desk, and always makes it a point to walk around chatting. True to his active nature, he has varied interests including working out, religion, and making wine! What is closest to his heart though is the time he spends counseling youngsters, something he does regularly. He has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences.

Mukund Krishna
Director | CEO

In a remarkable career spanning a little over 20 years, Mukund has moved across continents, and risen from Systems Engineer to heading his own company. In between, he has gained hands-on experience in delivering global IT solutions for various businesses, including B2B and B2C Software, Engineering Services, Automotive, Consulting and Utility industries, working at companies ranging from GM to Fifth Gear.
Mukund’s areas of expertise include technology and team leadership, revenue generation and sales, budget control, technology selection, staffing, employee retention, risk mitigation, and supplier relations. He is the prime driver of Suyati’s leap towards excellence, and is the true inspiration behind Suyati’s much admired corporate culture.
Today, Mukund heads three firms in the IT, digital marketing and content creation spheres, all in a matter of a few years. When not spearheading new ideas at Suyati, Mukund loves to study economics and languages—especiallySanskrit. He is also deeply into spirituality and philanthropy. He holds an MS from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
