Mr Praveen P Kadle is the Managing Director & CEO of Tata Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Tata Sons Limited. Tata Capital is Tata’s foray into the financial services space covering products and services ranging from retail and commercial lending, distribution and broking, wealth management, investment banking and private equity.

Govind Sankaranarayanan is the Chief Operating Officer – Retail Business & Housing Finance, Tata Capital. The Retail business comprises of consumer loans, travel services, credit cards and forex services.

Govind joined Tata Capital in September 2007. In his earlier role as CFO and COO – Corporate Affairs he has been instrumental in establishing key functions of Financial Management, Treasury, Risk and overall Corporate Strategy.

Pradeep Bandivadekar is the Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate Finance Division at Tata Capital. He has been responsible for the setting up of the Commercial Finance and the Infrastructure lending businesses and has been directing them to meet their financial, operational and revenue goals.

He is responsible for the overall business, growth plans and implementation, resources, processes, controls, strategy building, compliances and driving best practices and cost-efficient end-to-end solutions.

Vaithianathan Ramachandran is the Managing Director, Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited. He brings over 35 years of industry experience encompassing accounts, finance, regulatory, inventory control and various other areas of expertise. His last assignment was as General Manager-Credit Control & Receivables, Tata Motors Limited. He handled various finance functions including the All India Sales Finance function.
