R Dinesh hails from the TVS family and is the Managing Director of TVS Logistics Services Limited, since September 1, 2008. Apart from TVS Logistics, he also serves as the Joint Managing Director of T V Sundram Iyengar & Sons Limited and heads various other businesses that come under these companies. Currently, the companies under his management have a turnover of around ` 50,000,000,000. Under his vision, TVS Logistics has been expanding its operations across the globe and has set up subsidiaries in United States of America, United Kingdom, Spain, and Thailand. Mr. Dinesh is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He is also a member of the Tamil Nadu State Council of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Core Group of CII Institute of Logistics (CIL), and the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations of India (FADA). He also chairs various events conducted by CII and CIL.

Mr. Ravichandran is a management graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is a specialist in the Indian logistics industry, particularly in the automobile sector. He has a total experience of 26 years, of which he has spent the last 16 years in the supply chain sector. At present, he is the Executive Director of TVS Logistics Services Limited, and manages all its subsidiaries. He is widely regarded to be a thought leader in establishing new processes in the Indian logistics scenario.
