Today as an advisor and mentor to the management team, she plays an integral role in the growth and performance of the Unity Infraprojects. She oversees the corporate communications and branding of the business. Her proactive initiatives and capability to help with even smallest details have proved invaluable to the smooth functioning of the company. She holds degree in science and has over 31 years of experience.

He's been at the pinnacle and has always strived to create a team of experts and a business that would have roots in knowledge and highest degree of professionalism. He completed his civil engineering from Father Agnel Engineering College at Navi Mumbai and joined the family owned business in 1995.A second generation entrepreneur, ambitious by nature gradually developed significant competencies in the transportation engineering, irrigation and water segments of infrastructure. After his elevation as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Unity, he personally spearheaded this effort and worked tirelessly for the success of the IPO, surmounting extremely volatile market conditions. Since going public in 2006 the company has been able to grow almost four fold today and has grown by more than 20 times since Abhijit joined the business. Abhijit is confident that Unity will play a far more significant role in nation building in the coming years.

Begun in 1974 by Avarsekar with a corpus of Rs 20,000, Unity Infraprojects today has a turnover of over Rs 1130 crore. Karwar-born Shri. Avarsekar has always had completed civil engineering studies at the Sardar Patel College of Engineering in Andheri. He has over 35 years of experience and had worked with Hindustan Construction Company, Public Works Department - Govt. of Maharashtra and Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. He is the first generation entrepreneur par excellence and the leading force in bringing Unity Infraprojects to its current position on prominance.
